Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage - nah am Strand und mitten im Geschehen. Bäcker und kleine Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe. Am Strand gibt es direkt einen Bereich, an dem man sich aufhalten kann, ohne Liegen mieten zu müssen. Wir haben für diesen Zweck zwei Liegen von Carlo zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Urlaub in der Osterzeit

Wir waren eine Woche in den Osterferien in Jesolo.Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Sie liegt tatsächlich nur 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt in 2er Reihe. Zur Einkaufsstraße in 1er Reihe. Der Vermieter der Unterkunft ist sehr bemüht, dass alles reibungslos läuft, auch die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Gerne wieder aber nicht im Sommer, da kann ich mir gut vorstellen dass es in der Umgebung sehr laut sein wird.Das ist nichts für uns. Darf aber jeder für sich selber entscheiden.

Super Lage ,weil direkt am Meer und in der Nähe von Venedig. Eigentümer der Wohnung hat uns freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Wohnung: Möbel und Betten in guten Zustand. Laken und Küchenutensilien waren ok. Einziges minus ist der laute Strassen lärm bis 0200 Nachts und Morgens ab 5 gehts schon wieder los.

Alles in Ordnung

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Leider haben einige Dinge (z.B. Duschtür) nicht mehr so funktioniert, wie sie sollten. Zudem würde ich nicht nochmal mit 8 Personen hinreisen. Dennoch war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Vor allem für die Großfamilie sehr gut geeignet. Und dazu auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen im schönsten Teil von Jesolo.

Super geeignet für Familien

Super nette Vermieterin; toller und fixer Kontakt in englisch oder Italienisch. Wohnung war wie beschrieben und perfekt für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kids. Super nah am Strand und Haupteinkaufsstraße. Nicht zu laut, schöne Umgebung auch für Kinder.

Cozy and comfortable apartment

We stayed in Jesolo for the 4th time, however first time with 2 small kids and extended family. The apartment had 3 bedrooms (one is quite small though, but has bunk bed, which older kids would love), kitchen and cozy living room space and big balcony (although as we were on the 3rd floor we had to make sure kids stay off it:)) Everything we needed (coffee, coffee, coffee and some laundry) was there and in any case it was no problem to reach the owners (and they speak plain English if your Italian is nonexistant like ours). Most importantly the sea (and all the ice cream shops) is really really close! The one downside would be streetnoise, the “live” ABBA Classics and all, but this usually ends by 23 at night, though might be a problem with light sleeping kids (not in our case). So, all in all we loved it.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung Nähe am Strand

Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 6 Personen. Wir waren für eine Woche und wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt, Strand war sauber, 2-3 Minuten Gehweg, abends der Gegend sehr lebendig, man kann viel unternehmen. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Vater sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sie bekommen von mir 5+ Sterne. 🙂

Modern apartment in central location

This apartment is all about location, if you want to be in the centre of town and beach side this is the place to stay. Only downside to this is the street noise. Earplugs recommended. It is modern and clean with everything you would want, gas central heating, air-con, wi-if and satellite tv however there are no English speaking channels available. Plenty of space, comfortable firm beds, would stay again.

freundliche Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, leider für uns zu laut

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles wie beschrieben, auch die anderen Hausbewohner sind sehr freundlich. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Einzig die einfach verglasten Fenster und der damit hörbare Lärm von der belebten Via Bafile und den angrenzenden Bars und Hotels sowie die sehr beengte Parkplatzsituation (ungeeignet für Busse oder große SUVs) hat uns gestört. Für Strom haben wir mit 6 Personen zusätzlich 40 Euro für 2 Wochen bezahlt (3 x Waschmaschine genutzt, Klimaanlage genutzt).

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento comodo e ben fornito, a due passi dal mare, dalla passeggiata serale e dai negozi e locali di Lido di Jesolo. Ben si adatta ad un gruppo di 6 persone data l'ampiezza dell'appartamento lasciando a tutti il proprio spazio. Ottima comunicabilità con i proprietari, persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili! Consigliato!!!

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die großzügige gepflegte Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum sehr sauberen und gepflegten Strand. Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung mit der Vermieterin vor und während des Aufenthaltes haben super funktioniert. Alle Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Da ein Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstraße gelegen ist, ist es manchmal bei geöffneten Fenster ein wenig laut. Ansonsten alles top.

Fantastic apartment, fabulous 2 weeks.

The owners of this property are lovely, the young lady that dealt with our booking was delightful, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is fantastic, we were a family of four adults and a four year old boy and we had plenty of room. there is a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning, any gas and electric used during your stay is paid at the end, we didn't use the air con ( I imagine that it would rack the money up) or dishwasher and did 3 loads of washing and paid 28 euro at the end of our stay which was very good. Everywhere feels new and is very clean, the apartment is 100 yards to the beach where there is 2 sun loungers and an umbrella. there is a bakers and supermarkets within a 2 minute walk, we got fresh bread and bomboloni's ( doughnuts) everyday. There is parking for one car but we parked our second car in a car park 5 minute walk away, we found this very safe and secure. There is a Coop Supermarket 10 minute drive away, where we went for our weekly shop. Just outside is the main street, that has shops of all types, clothes, ice cream, amusements, Restaurants, bars, gifts and everything you need for a day at the beach. The road is pedestrianised at night and it is lovely to walk out into the warm evening and stop at a bar and people watch. We ate out a couple of evenings but we cooked some very easy tasty meals at home. We visited Venice for the day and we drove to Verona and Sirmione on Lake Garda. The rest of our days were spent on the beach, it is sandy, very clean and is safe for young ones, there is a life guard post near by too. We hired a pedalo one day which was fun and also hired a four seater bike and went for a lunchtime drive to the other end of the shops ( lunchtime is better as it is a bit mad in the evening with pedestrians everywhere) The beach traders do come past quite often but they don't pester you. We had one dull morning during our stay so we visited the Sea life centre which is 10 minute drive away, we all enjoyed that. We have stayed in a hotel in this area for 10 years but this was a very enjoyable, family experience, thank you to Melania and her family.
