The farmhouse, located in a hillside residence with swimming pool and tennis court, is comfortably equipped (classified 2 stars) to offer a pleasant stay in any season.
Located on a hill - La Colline Valmer - wooded, sunny and protected by the Pradels chain, the Residence 'Les Palmiers IV' (set of small villas) overlooks Cavalaire Bay and its 4 km sandy beach and is located 500 m from shops - and the Sunday market - and 2.5 km from the sea.
A clubhouse, a swimming pool with 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, a ball court, 3 ping-pong tables and games for children are available free of charge.
Terraced house of 40 m², for 4 people, composed of a living-dining room, a bedroom-living room with double sofa bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette with ceramic hobs , fridge and all kitchen utensils, WC, bathroom with bath and shower.
Quiet and comfortable with color TV (satellite reception), single-storey terrace (25 m²), garden furniture, patio and private parking.
