TOURIST HOUSE CLASS 3 * in Holiday Residence at Six-Fours les Plages

This 55 m2 detached house with garage is located in a holiday residence, 850 m from the sea and 2 km from the shops.
On the ground floor you will find a new, fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hydro-jet shower and separate WC.
The dining room is equipped with an LCD screen (80 cm) and a FREE WIFI connection. The dining room and lounge open onto a shaded terrace where you'll find all the comforts you need.
Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*200) and a bunk bed (for children).
The other bedroom has a double bed (140x190), and we can also provide (on request) a cot and mattress for your baby's comfort. These 2 bedrooms have access to a 20 m2 solarium equipped with sun loungers.
In the garden, you'll find a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, plus an XL plancha for grilling.
There's also a solar shower to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach.
This bungalow is located in a very quiet, private and secure residence, with a large play area for your children, football pitches, boules and volleyball courts, as well as a games room (table tennis and table football).

Semaine Avril

Le logement est situé dans une résidence familiale proche de toutes commodités.Les enfants ont pu profiter du parc de jeux, terrain de pétanque, foot et volley, baby foot ping pong dans la résidence ce qui est très appréciable.Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable et Sophie (l’hôte) est disponible rapidement et répondra à toutes vos questions.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Leider gab es aber Missverständnisse zwischen Vermieter und Agentur weshalb wir statt gebuchter Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Endreinigung das ganze nochmal optional bezahlen sollten. Was nicht sein kann. Und uns am Ende ziemlich viel Telefonzeit und Nerven gekostest hat.

Very nice and comfortable house with an absolutely well equipped kitchen. We missed nothing in the house itself. The really silent climatisation in the sleeping rooms and the outdoor shower were our highlights and perfect for hot summers! Contact and check-in were easy, very friendly and without any complications. We can totally recommend the house and its owners.The only disadvantage is that there's no shopping possibility within reasonable walking distance to buy e.g. fresh baguette in the morning. It's at least 20 minutes to walk one way. As well as to the beaches. This is the only drawback in our opinion. But apart from this we had a very pleasant stay in this holiday residence. Many thanks!

Alles sehr genoßen

Schöne Residenz, süßes, für die Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattes Häuschen (man könnte vllt noch ein paar Basisgewürze bereitstellen), entsprach genau der Anzeige. Alle Ausflugsziele super zu erreichen, zB île de Gaou etc. Auto in jedem Fall zu empfehlen um die Region zu entdecken. Wir haben einen richtig tollen und ungestörten Familienurlaub gehabt.

Excellente location

Super vacances à Six-Fours, tant au niveau du site qu'au niveau de la location. La résidence est au calme, c'est sympas de pouvoir aller à pied à la plage. Le pavillon est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Location fidèle à l'annonce. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Ecrin de tranquilité à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit pavillon situé dans une belle résidence privée nichée au milieu des pins parasol. Le logement est très bien équipée, et la grande terrasse est idéale en pleine saison estivale. Cerise sur le gâteau, la belle plage de la Coudouliemère est à 15 minutes à pieds Nous avons été très bien accueilli, et tout s'est très bien déroulé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ruhiger entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und in der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Störend waren die vielen Moskitos und es gibt leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Trotzdem haben wir uns gut erholt.

Location très sale

État de propreté de la location très sale. Urine sur les lits et linges de lit, cuisine très sale avec tâches de nourriture partout, en particulier le frigo et le micro-ondes, poignées de porte collante, escaliers pleins de poils, de cheveux, de sable, cafetière dans un état lamentable et nous en passons... nous avons dû refaire le ménage nous même. Notre fils a attrapé de l'impetigo pendant le séjour qui l'a conduit chez le médecin a notre retour, ainsi que des crises d'allergies. Nous déconseillons cette location qui avait pourtant eu une pareille remontée par de précédents locataires. Nous ne sommes restés que jusqu'au jeudi au lieu du samedi matin. Vacances gâchées

The house is in a gated community. Very safe area. Lovely neighbours. The house was nice with a lovely outside area. We had breakfast outside every morning.Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer available. Outside shower was great to wash sand off after swimming, but water was cold. You need a car to get around. Nearest food shopping is a 10min drive. The nearest beach (Plage des Girelles) is a cove, which is a 15 minute walk away. Pebbled beach, also great for snorkeling. When you swim out there are a lot of rocks. You can walk along the coastal path, which is very pretty. Also to watch sunsets. Easiest way to get to this is through the back gate of the community area. The code for that gate is the same as the code for the front gate. The nearest sand beach (Plage Du Cros), which is a 7min drive/20min walk. Nearest good local bakery is in Le Brusc, which is also a nice place to walk around.Generally parking fees were not expensive or free parking after certain times (mainly after 6pm/7pm in the evening).Lovely area with lots to see and do.We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and didn't want to leave.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est agréable et très bien équipée. On a apprécié la douche solaire extérieure au retour de la plage, qui d'ailleurs se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Elle correspond en totalité au descriptif fourni. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence ainsi que le terrain de pétanque ! La terrasse extérieure, sans vis-à-vis, avec salon de jardin et transats est vraiment agréable. Les chambres disposent chacunes d’une climatisation ; ce qui est indispensable dans cette région. Merci à Camille pour l’accueil et à Sophie pour les cadeaux de bienvenue ; adorable attention. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, c’est sans aucun doute que nous reviendrons!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Wunderschöne Gegend. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Überhaupt sind alle Menschen dort sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich...Meer fussläufig erreichbar. Merci Sophie auch für die kleinen Gastgeschenke

Ruhige Wohngegend - Strandnähe

Wir sind zu 5 in den Pfingstferien angereist und hatten alle genügend Platz im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Küche Besitz eine kleine Spülmaschine und einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Die Terrasse mit Außendusche ist sehr praktisch um sich mal ab zu kühlen. Das Haus besitzt eine Klimaanlage, die man im Sommer sicherlich gut nutzen wird. Vor der Garage kann man sehr gut parken, unser Mercedes Bus, hatte genügend Platz. Eine Grundreinigung hat leider gefehlt. Die Küchenschränke/Griffe waren klebrig und der Boden wurde nicht gewischt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Für Kinder/Familie idealer Strand, da Sandstrand und sehr ruhiges, klares Wasser.

Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnanlage (Zufahrt über Schranken, keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr). Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist vorhanden (und auch in ausreichender Anzahl). Ruhig gelegen, guter Bäcker in knapp 20 Minuten Fußweg (oder ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto, und nur wenige Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt) - und trotzdem bei Bedarf in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Toulon... Der Familienhund durfte ebenfalls mit, auch das muss erwähnt werden. Somit kann tatsächlich die ganze Familie den Urlaub genießen. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen, und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder...

Bel location

Bel location situé dans une résidence calme. Bien équipé (climatisation dans les chambres, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle...) Superbe terrasse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Ruhige Privatresidenz zum Erholen

Nettes Reihenmittelhaus mit guter Aufteilung und großer Terrasse in einer mit Schranken gesicherten Residenz. Ein Gardien sorgte für Sicherheit und war immer wieder unterwegs. In der Garage eine neue Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Der Parkplatz vor der kleinen Garage ist eher für kleine Autos geeignet. Wir waren in der Nachsaison und fanden deshalb immer einen guten Parkplatz. Insgesamt gute Betreuung, das WLAN funktionierte wegen vorheriger Gewitter nicht, nach einer Woche erhielten wir ein mobiles WLAN Gerät, welches sehr schnelles Internet bot. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
