Bara en block gÄr till en av de trevligaste stranden pÄ Sea Island. Denna Classic Cottage Àr den perfekta tillflyktsorten. Det har vÀltalet om en fin privat egendom som ligger inbÀddat i naturens magnifika skönhet.

Stugan har en grand lay out of yesteryear. Det finns ett formellt vardagsrum som öppnar pÄ dubbla uteplatser med utsikt över en vacker vÄrmatad damm och miles av frodig kÀrr.

Det finns en magnifik ENTERTAINMENT WING, med ett jazzpiano, ett skiffer poolbord, ett bordtennisbord, en storbilds-TV, en stereo och ett eget pentry.

NÀr det Àr dags att sÀtta in finns fem sovrum alla med egna privata badrum. Det finns tre individuella sviter, tvÄ med kung sÀngar och en med en fantastisk super plysch drottning. Sovrummet har magnifik utsikt över dammen och myren. Det har separata hans och hennes badrum. Dessutom finns det ett stort bÀddsrum intill spelrummet med en kung och en enkelsÀng. Perfekt för tonÄringar. Det ingÄr ocksÄ ett barnrum med en dubbel vÄningssÀng och eget badrum.

Denna neoklassiska franska stuga i 1965 har 5 400 kvadratmeter utrymme. MÄnga av sina ursprungliga armaturer, trÀarbete och handgjorda detaljer har bibehÄllits till sin ursprungliga Sea Island-glans. Det Àr bekvÀmt belÀget pÄ 14: e gatan mellan Marsh och Sea Island Drive.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location! It was a short walk across to the street to the beach. The beach chairs and bikes were very helpful to have at the house. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Great week. We will stay here again next year. Ryan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

House is comfortable. Ryan is great! Had a few minor issues that he handled quickly. Only negative I can say is the kitchen is missing storage containers so can be a bit tricky and the knives are a bit weak, but this is just being nitpicky.

Wonderful stay in the Golden Isle

Beautiful home with numerous different "spaces" to enhance your stay. Ryan could not have been a better, more proactive communicator and went above and beyond to make the stay easy and simple for us. Would definitely recommend for a larger group!

Gorgeous house, super friendly host

The house is lovely and could not be better located on the island. The sprawling home has tons of space to host a big group without folks living on top of one another, a beautiful kitchen, and a game room that’s perfect for gathering. The hosts could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Would recommend this home to anyone - 10/10!!

Great house!

4 couples on an annual golf trip. This house is huge, each couple had own room and bathroom. One block from beach. 15” walk to cloisters or take one of the bikes the house offers. Great communication with house manager, easy check-in process.

Summer Fun at Sea Island

We had a great trip, enjoyed by all. There was plenty of room to spread out, and lots of activities to satisfy anyone. Some of us went to the beach club, and some of us stayed at the house all day enjoying the views and the serenity. We will be back.

Stunning setting and location

A very well managed beachside property on one of the most beautiful islands in the US. The house is well equipped and very well managed Ryan. The house could certainly do with some modernisation but overall a fantastic vacation experience

Spacious and comfortable home in Sea Island

This house was perfect for our group of grandparents, aunties, teenagers and 3 teens/pre teens. We loved the fun layout of the house and all the art work and other cool items to look at. The rooms were all large and spacious (except the bunk room but it was very functional). The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to grill and cook a few meals at the house. The kids really enjoyed having their own wing with pool table and ping pong table. The location on Sea Island is great. We used the bikes for a short trip to the Beach Club or you could just access the beautiful unspoiled beach right across the block from the house. Getting into the house was very easy and Ryan was helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. We would definitely return for another stay. Thanks!

Fabulous Sea Island Cottage

We absolutely LOVED this house! Our extended family included 3 generations, and the layout of the house was perfect for spreading out & everyone having their own space. The teens had their own huge wing with pool & ping pong tables, tv area, bedroom, bathroom & kitchenette. The living room, overlooking the marsh (home to Gary the gator, who was a huge hit), was central to the house & was where we all gathered in the evenings before & after dinner. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the house as a whole was very beautifully furnished & well cared for. Lastly, Ryan was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to visit again!

He knows the properties like the back of his hand and will make sure that you feel right at home during your stay. If you are missing a plate or need help getting an appliance to work, don't hesitate to give him a call.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This spectacular property is located directly on the marsh with a beautiful tidal pond. It has expansive views of the salt marshes of Sea Island and is a short walk to the beach. What really makes this house stand out is its size! It is over 5400 square feet and has a huge entertainment wing complete with a large flat screen tv as well as a pool table & ping pong table! It is large enough for most family gatherings or a casual weekend away from reality!

With five bedrooms and two kitchens it really is a unique property that I promise you will quickly fall in love with.
