We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great being right on the lake. We spent time on the covered porch, and saw some beautiful sunrises. It was also a great launching point for visiting wineries. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was perfect for a short winery get-away. The location is great to all the local wineries. The all season porch was so nice! Ken was kind enough to get out the chairs for the outside deck for us without us even asking! We had a fantastic stay!

We gad a great stay at the house. Comfortable, roomy, great lakeside living with the upper deck and lower firepit right by the water. Three-season room was perfect also on the day it rained. Hosts were great also, answered all questions promptly.

Relaxing week at Copper Beach

Perfect Grad Weekend Stay

We were here for graduation weekend with family. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying all that is nearby. Great location since the house seems to be around the halfway point between Geneva and Watkins Glenn. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. Great house, and wonderful hosts. We fell in love with the area while our son attended school, so we will be back.

Absolutely beautiful. From the time we arrived Ken & Ellen made us feel welcome. The house is oerfect & has everything you need. We had a ton of fun using the grill, the fire pit, & the kayak. The sunroom was perfect for morning coffee & the dock was lovely in the evening to have a glass of wine from 1 of the many winery's. The location is terrific, as it is close to tons of things to do & places to eat. We will definitely be returning.

The property was the perfect location for HWS graduation weekend. Lots of space inside and outside (porch, upper deck, docks, hammock, fire pit). We loved the welcome basket and host was very helpful and friendly. We would rent this property again.

Cozy, Clean & Charming!

My daughter & I stayed for our annual FLX trip and loved the Campbell's cottage from the minute we walked in. Ken & Ellie were gracious and very attentive to all our needs before & during our trip. The location is perfect (middle of lake) so travel to and from was very easy and the views!! We appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail and will definitely book again!

Great location for girls get away!

What a perfect place for 4 of us- the pics do not do it justice! Very clean, gorgeous view and plenty of places to hang by the lake on the property. Ken is lovely, with great suggestions for local things to do and easily accessible. It was a great 4 days at Seneca Lake!

So Nice We Are Going Back!

We absolutely loved our stay with all the wonderful amenities that were included. The lake view was spectacular, and the sunrise and sunsets added to our enjoyment! Ken was very welcoming and accommodate our requests. The welcome tray of goodies was such an unexpected and thoughtful and kind surprise.

Just Perfect!!

The house and location were perfect! In the mornings if we couldn't be out on the deck, we loved sitting on the sunporch. It was so peaceful. The street was so quiet and was perfect for dog walking in the mornings and evenings.

We stayed 3 nights for my mom's 70th birthday and had an unforgettable time in the Finger Lakes. We picked this property for its central location and 4 bedrooms. We were out and about most of the daytime exploring the area, but enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and coffee on the porch in the mornings. Ken & Ellen are great hosts, and we owe him for saving the day by helping us with a flat tire! This house has everything you'll need for a home away from home getaway. I hope to be back sometime with my kids, they would love this place. Thanks for a great weekend!

A little slice of heaven

We had a wonderful week. Perfect house, amazing view of lake, excellent outdoor spaces all overlooking the lake, great communication with Ken. Sun porch was a big bonus so relaxing. Nice getaway

Perfect for a girls getaway. This home had everything we needed. Its very cozy, on the water, with plenty of water toys to play with. The owner is very nice, lives next door, though we did not feel like our Privacy was invaded at all. We would definitely recommend renting this place to others. If the owners read this...THANK YOU!

Ken is a retired high school teacher and part-time musician, and Ellen is retired from IBM and Microsoft, and is now a successful real estate agent. They have vacationed and then lived in this area since 1985 and love the Finger lakes. They live next door to this property and LOVE the area.

Right on the water with lawns lakeside, beach area, and large lawn area across the road as well. Everything you need is here for a great vacation. Three season porch, huge deck, large dock and beautiful sunrises will leave you counting the days until you return. Very easy access from paved road, and all the amenities you could ask for.
