The home had an overwhelming sour sewer smell that did not dissipate even with opening windows. I assume the home may have been vacant for a bit and the smell had gone unnoticed.

Hi Deniese, My heart is just breaking that as one of our cherished returned guests; you did not reach out about the smell. As you are aware, I clean every single one of my units myself and take great pride in our units being super tidy (and smelling good). In the future, if you have any issues at all while renting one of our homes, please reach out. Rhonda

Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

We stayed here as our “base camp” for our family of four to visit the national park. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen is great and has everything you need including all of those nice to haves that other rentals don’t. Think coffee grounds, k-cups, sweeteners, spices, etc. It just makes traveling on the road that much easier. The house was comfortable and each kid got their own room. Heck, we even all had our own TV! Having the single car garage was also a nice perk. In short, the reviews on this property are justified and the owners have earned them all.
