This beautifully decorated condominium (#157) is on the 5th floor in Building #1, which is Mainsail Resort's closest building to the beach. This spacious condo, occupies 2 floors and has the rare quality of providing privacy for adult couples, with two master suites on separate floors, each having their own walk-out balcony. Both have fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The 3rd bedroom has the ability to sleep 4, and a "top of the line" queen size sofa bed adds two more if needed. The perfect getaway for two or more couples or for families needing plenty of sleeping accommodations (10). The Mainsail Resort in Destin is the perfect vacation destination, providing you with 24-hour gated security, nearby shopping at the Silver Sands designer outlet mall, golf courses and every kind of beach activity, including para-sailing and chartered deep-sea fishing. Beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella provided daily at no extra charge.
The Mainsail Resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and boasts two pools,(1 heated) and additional large pool complex, complete with waterfall, kiddie pool and hot tub. Mainsail features workout and game rooms, tennis courts and shuffle board. Other family attractions close by include Putt-Putt Golf, Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Gulfarium and the Track Amusement Park. Spring break 2025

The balcony views were perfect every morning with coffee. Even though you’re 7 units back from the ocean it feels like you’re right on it with the way the building is designed. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Beach service was great

I asked to check in a hour early because I didn’t realize the time difference from North Carolina, the owner said no problem if the cleaning lady was finished,well she wasn’t matter of fact she was not done until an hour and half past our check in time so we didn’t get into our condo until almost 5 pm our check in time was 3;00 the rest of trip was good until the last day they were drilling and banging all morning and afternoon long they finally stopped at bedtime thank god

This is an exceptional condo and well suited for a family. The property has great amenities and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. We've vacationed in Florida for 35 years and Miramar Beach is the best one yet.

Fantastic Vacation

Took my grandchildren and daughter on a mini vacation. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed having their own bathroom. The beach and two options for swimming pools was a great hit as well.

Destine Condo

This condo is in a perfect location. We didn't want to leave and the kids are talking about going back next year. A bathroom for every bedroom is really nice with a family. The property manager was always on top of communication both before and during our trip. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Furniture was old, the couch felt like you sitting in sand, mold in the bathrooms, blinds were broken, dust on the walls. The pit and pans were In bad shape, hair in the stairs. Carpet felt dirty. Owners was easy to get a hold of and very nice, I just think the people cleaning the place is not do g a good job,

Wonderful Fall Break Stay!

This condo was perfect for our family fall getaway! We enjoyed the quiet gated community which is located convenient to many restaurants and shops. The condo is also perfect for getting to the pool or beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were also great! The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and it was well stocked with towels and miscellaneous supplies (the best I've seen in any of my stays- paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) though you'll still want to bring some extras. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break

My kids and I come to Miramar Beach every other year for Spring Break. This was by far our favorite place we have stayed in all our years coming to the area. Along with my two teenagers, my best friend and her teenaged son came on this trip as well. I can’t say enough about how fantastic the condo’s setup is for two families. The two primary bedrooms (both with ocean view balconies!) were a huge draw, and the third bedroom was perfect for kids who wanted their own space (and bathroom). The location of the room was great; we had no trouble parking, and it was a short walk to the building. The condo is right in front of the elevator, stairs, and trash chute, which we appreciated for convenience’s sake. Access to the beach was easy, with the boardwalk at the end of the building. The beach was beautiful, and we loved not having to drag our own umbrella and chairs with us. The kids are already asking if we can stay here again our next trip, so we will definitely be back! Thank you, Sue, for a great vaca!

Very clean condo with a view of the beach. Owner was quick to respond to an issue we had with leaking toilet and plumber was there conveniently to fix the issue. Close drive to ma y restaurants and things to do with the kids

We had a wonderful extra long Labor Day beach weekend stay at John & Sue's condo in Miramar beach. A great, comfortable condo with amazing view of the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon!

Plenty of Space, not very clean

The condo had plenty of space for our family, 5 adults and 2 kids. The property location is great, but the condo was not very clean inside. My wife mopped & swept to clean it up a bit. There is mold in the shower in the upstairs master. It wouldn’t take a lot to make it a nice space.

Disappointed

Our family has been traveling to Destin for YEARS and have never reviewed a property but this unit was disappointing to say the least. My husband did see that it's listed for sale so I'm sure that's a factor. We didn't receive a door code beforehand and had to contact the owner. Upon arrival, immediately sent pics to the owner of the trash/filth. The cleaning didn't improve despite the cleaners continuing to clean after our check-in time. We were credited our cleaning fee but just felt disgusting all week. The master toilet ran and the refrigerator didn't cool well. The unit is in poor shape overall (peeling popcorn ceiling, stains, etc). Outside of the owners control, they were constantly doing work around the complex/unit next door and we had to listen to loud noises constantly. The water to the building had to be turned off for hours one day. Again, I have never felt I needed to leave a review but encourage the owner to be more involved in what is being advertised.

Family vacation

Condo was very spacious, could have used a bit of cleaning (coffee pot for sure) and the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs , it seemed the air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 73 upstairs. But overall the condo and location was great for our family of 7, plenty of room.

Lovely, relaxing vacation!

It was so beautiful! The view is spectacular and relaxing! Although it is a condo, it was private and spacious! We had two 5yo’s with us and we were able to keep them entertained between the beach, pool and condo! Additionally, the owners allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled time due to getting in town earlier than we expected. This is beach front and the water was absolutely breath taking. We had so much fun creating family memories! Thank you!

Excellent location

This condo has the perfect location on Miramar Beach. The condo is situated in Building 1 of the Mainsail resort and is located directly off the elevator on level 5. The pool and beautiful beach are easily accessible.

Fabulous balconies and views!

The elevator is outside your door. A very short walk to boardwalk to beach. Pool was also close to the room. It's very well maintained. Even in August, the water was not too warm.
