About our stay.

The area was beautiful and the villa was a good size for my family. We found the villa a little tired and it would benefit from a little updating. The pool area could be even better if it were refurbished. Overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return as we loved the area.

Very nice quiet modern property with lovely garden

We stayed in the property for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The property is spacious and has a modern open feel to it. The quality and design of the furniture was excellent and made us feel very much at home. The spacious front garden allowed our boy to play and kick balls while the nice back garden with the pool gave lots of privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful House and surrounding and a very gentle landlord - we will come back

This was an unforgettable week, the house and terrace is absolutely fantastic, perfectly equipped with everything you need and located in a very nice and calm surrounding with lots of trees. Day trips to aix-en-Provence and Marseille and les calenques are easily possible from here. And Emmanuel was a perfect host for us with lots of ideas what to do and quickly responding when we had questions. We will certainly come back some time.

Quiet and dog-friendly

Emmanuel's place was lovely. Great kitchen with all the necessities, comfortable beds throughout and a quiet neighborhood. It's also super dog-friendly. A few things to note: While this is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, it's not walking-distance to any village. Les Michels only has 1 restaurant (delicious). For those without a car, there's a very useful bus on demand service for the region that picks up 2 blocks away (site le pilote dot com/fr - bus Ă  la demande). The pool is gorgeous but we were there in May and with temperatures in the low 70s, it didn't heat up enough. If you are there with kids, they might not be able to jump in. Finally, wifi is a bit spotty. Other than that, it's a very pleasant villa and Emmanuel is a responsive and attentive host.

TrĂšs belle maison, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e aussi bien niveau cuisine, que pour le linge de maison. SituĂ©e dans un quartier trĂšs calme, elle correspond exactement Ă  l’annonce! TrĂšs bonne communication avec l’hĂŽte qui nous a d’ailleurs accueilli en personne pour nous remettre les clĂ©s et nous expliquer tout le fonctionnement de la maison. Tellement rare, nous le remercions pour cela ! Petite alerte si vous sĂ©journez avec de jeunes enfants, les escaliers vers l’étage oĂč se situe 2 chambres, n’est pas sĂ©curisĂ©, nous avons donc privilĂ©giĂ© les adultes Ă  l’étage. Aussi il y’a des escaliers Ă  l’extĂ©rieur pour se rendre Ă  la piscine. Les moustiques, seul Ă©lĂ©ment indĂ©sirable du sĂ©jour, Ă©taient trĂšs prĂ©sents, alors soyez prĂ©voyants. A noter qu’il n’est pas possible de se dĂ©placer Ă  pied pour se rendre aux commerces. Il y’a un restaurant Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied mais nous n’avons pas pu le tester car pĂ©riode de congĂ©s.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und gut erholt wĂ€hrend unseres 14 tĂ€gigen Aufenthaltes. Am Anreisetag standen wir im Stau - doch Emmanuel hat auf uns gewartet, bis wir spĂ€t abends endlich ankamen.Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut bestĂŒckt. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind alle sehr großzĂŒgig und mit eigenen BĂ€dern.Der Garten ist fĂŒr Hunde ein Traum - allerdings ist er zu Straße hin nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt.Die Domaine les Michel ist eine Siedlung mit FerienhĂ€usern auf großen GrundstĂŒcken. Schön ruhig, wenig Verkehr und auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gassi-Runden sehr geeignet.Der angrenzende Tennisplatz ist in sehr gutem Zustand. TennisschlĂ€ger und Boule-Kugeln sind im Haus vorhanden.Der Pool ist in den Hang hinter dem Ferienhaus gebaut. Absolute PrivatsphĂ€re, allerdings ist der Weg nach oben etwas abenteuerlich, da die Stufen in den Hang gebaut sind und unterschiedliche Höhen haben.Das ganze GrundstĂŒck hat ausreichend Schatten aufgrund des alten Baumbestandes. Im Sommer ist der Rasen vor dem Haus nicht so grĂŒn, wie auf dem Bild - aber das ist ja wie zuhause auch, wenn es nicht ausreichend regnet.Die Kommunikation mit Emmanuel war immer schnell und unkompliziert und erfolgte per WhatsApp.Von Les Michel kann man schöne AutoTouren durch die Provence planen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Super Sommerhaus fĂŒr Familien

Das Haus war sauper und es war gut ausgestattet ..Man hatte wirklich ALLES DA was man auchbnur ansatzweise brauchen konnte. Zwei Klimaanlagen in der KĂŒche und im Wohnzimmer, Die Schlafzimmer unten haben zwei ausreichend große Doppelbetten. Das grĂ¶ĂŸere von beiden Schlafzimmern hat ein recht "unprivates" Badezimmer aber das ist auszuhalten. Im oberen Bereich befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer die durchaus ausreichend Platz bieten. Das Kinderzimmer (zwei getrennte Betten) verfugt ĂŒber kein eigenes Bad. Das Schlafzimmer (oben) hat einen Zugang zum WX/Badewanne. Der Pool im.hinteren Bereich des Hauses ist sehr neu, jedoch aufgrund der Beschaffenheit mit leichten Verletzungen zu rechnen , wunde FĂŒĂŸe durchs Toben . Sonst haben wir den Aufenthalt dort absolut genossen. Im Nahbereich ist alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen . Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Bonjour. La propriété correspond à la description L'accueil a été trÚs agréable. En pleine nature :oiseaux écureuils s'éclatent au petit matin. Hélas, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine (temps pluvieux). S'il avait beau et surtout chaud nous aurions apprécié davantage cette belle propriété. Pour plusieurs personnes ,je pense qu'il manque des rangements. Sinon ,il y a 2 bons restau dans le coin. Les commerces ne sont pas loin en voiture.

Comfortable house. Access to two tenniscourts 5 minutes walk. Kind owner who is very reactive and helpful on questions and suggestions. Many trees providing comfortable shadow on warm days. Nice restaurant 10 minutes walk. Good bakery, butcher and greengrocer 10 minutes drive.

Au milieu de la Nature... avec tous ses avantages et ses inconvĂ©nients (les petites bĂ©bĂȘtes...) Grande maison nous permettant d’avoir nos espaces privĂ©s Ă  deux couples d’amis avec des enfants. Les chambres sont trĂšs bien agencĂ©es ainsi que les salles d’eau. Le jardin permet d’avoir de l’espace. La terrasse est super pour les repas. La piscine est gĂ©niale. Perdue dans la Nature. Un peu difficile Ă  entretenir... Seul bĂ©mol de la maison : le mĂ©nage pourrait ĂȘtre mieux fait...

Endroit agréable pour un bon séjour en famille avec accÚs facile aux terrains de tennis ,possibilité de visites en Provence,à Aix-en-Provence et accÚs rapide aux plages de Cassis ,de La Ciotat,aux Calanques. HabituĂ©s depuis longtemps des locations estivales, nous avons passĂ© cet Ă©tĂ© deux semaines (hĂ© oui, pas moins :-) dans cette superbe maison de Peynier, nichĂ©e au cƓur du Domaine des Michels. Un sĂ©jour pleinement rĂ©ussi, en famille et avec quelques amis. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e le chouette accueil rĂ©servĂ© par le propriĂ©taire – super attentionnĂ© et Ă  notre Ă©coute pendant le sĂ©jour. La villa est contemporaine, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, et offre tout le confort nĂ©cessaire pour des vacances de rĂȘve : chambres spacieuses ; vaste salon ; cuisine moderne ; grande terrasse ouverte (gĂ©niale !) pour les repas du matin, du midi et du soir et les longues veillĂ©es discussion/ou jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, un bon verre de rosĂ© en main ; jardin ombragĂ© permettant de s’adonner au badminton, Ă  la pĂ©tanque, Ă  la lecture, Ă  la sieste ; belle piscine moderne sur les hauteurs de la maison, avec vue imprenable sur la forĂȘt (de quoi nous donner la jolie sensation d’ĂȘtre seuls au monde !) ; deux terrains de tennis Ă  3 mn Ă  pied et que nous avons frĂ©quentĂ©s assidĂ»ment quasi chaque soir ; une immense forĂȘt juste en face de la maison oĂč nous avons couru chaque matin Ă  la « fraĂźche ». Bref, un sĂ©jour idyllique ! Rien ne nous a manquĂ©, pas mĂȘme ce soleil que nous Ă©tions venu chercher dans le Sud. L’emplacement de la maison en lisiĂšre de forĂȘt fait que les nuits sont agrĂ©ables, bien loin de la canicule ressentie ailleurs. (Seul mini bĂ©mol s’il en faut vraiment un, peut-ĂȘtre juste changer le sommier un peu mou de la grande chambre du bas.) La maison est au calme, nichĂ©e dans un domaine privĂ©e, Ă  l’orĂ©e d’une forĂȘt provençale prĂ©servĂ©e. Le village de Fuveau Ă  quelques kms propose un marchĂ© le lundi et le jeudi et dispose de tous les commerces de proximitĂ© (boulangerie, boucherie, presse, pharmacie, etc.). Les grandes surfaces de Trets (10 km) sont lĂ  pour les grosses courses de la semaine. Nous avons Ă©galement profitĂ© de ce sĂ©jour paradisiaque pour visiter la rĂ©gion. Avec quelques belles dĂ©couvertes culturelles, sportives, naturelles ou gastronomiques/vinicoles
