Located on the Presqu'Ile de Giens, a protected natural site, fully integrated into a private tree-planted park of 3 ha, the Residence with indoor parking (closed and secure) has direct access via a gate to the Badine beach.
The residence is located opposite the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros

On the 2nd and last floor, the 4-bed apartment has a magnificent sea and park view.
Entrance: Right, open bedroom "cabin corner" (2 bunk beds 1 person) with window.

Residence située dans un très beau parc avec accès direct sur la plage et le sentier du littoral. Studio petit mais fonctionnel et bien équipé avec terrasse agréable .

Sehr schöne Anlage

Das Appartement liegt in einer schönen Anlage direkt am Strand. Es ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Fast jeden Abend gab es aus der Ferne laute Discomusik bis Mitternacht, tagsüber waren immer Gärtner mit Maschinen in der Anlage tätig. Trotzdem würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen

L'endroit parfait pour des vacances actives et reposantes.

Nous avons chaque jour fait de grandes et belles ballades sur la presqu'ile et sur les iles voisines, puis nous allions à la plage ou à la piscine (sur place) pour terminer nos journées. Le logement, bien équipé, bien climatisé et bien insonorisé, nous permettait une bonne récupération pour la journée suivante. Le cadre (un parc arboré, bien entretenu) est un plus très appréciable.

Impeccable !

Logement très bien pensé, très bien équipé et très propre. L'emplacement est au top à l'entrée de la presqu'île, sur la plage, près de l'almanarre et de la capte. Propriétaire disponible et très sympathique. Aucun point négatif.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à cet appartement bien agencé, bien entretenu, très fonctionnel, tout confort (la clim était très appréciable durant les jours et les nuits de forte chaleur), le convertible de bonne qualité et de bonnes dimensions, l'emplacement idéal : proche de la piscine et de la plage, dans une belle résidence. La plaque induction est appréciable, la nespresso et le lave-vaisselle également. Bref, nous avons hâte de revenir !

Appartement confortable et tres bien situé

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour sur la presqu'île. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé et équipé. La literie est bonne et le grand clic-clac très simple à convertir. La petite terrasse couverte est un vrai plus pour les jours de pluies. La plage est à deux pas et le littorale est magnifique. Appartement idéalement situé au bord d'une belle plage. Accès direct. Appartement très bien agencé avec bcp de rangements très bien équipé. Belle vue sur le parc et la mer. Emplacement idéal

Deux semaines superbes dans ce studio tout confort. La résidence était très agréable et calme hors saison, et surtout, l’emplacement tout près de la plage est idéal. Le sentier littoral qui part de cette même plage permet d’explorer la presqu’île à pied et à accéder à de petites criques discrètes.

Gepflegt, vollständig und in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, offensichtlich sehr gepflegt, aber auch sehr klein. Für 4 Personen ist es sehr eng, zu zweit in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zu viel Zeit im Appartement verbringen will. Ein Pluspunkt ist der geräumige beidseitig abgeschlossene Balkon. Die Ferienanlage ist schon etwas älter, aber gepflegt. Die Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich.

Séjour à 2 fin août

Séjour fort agréable avec toutes les commodités, et surtout avec un accès direct a la jolie plage de la badine. Nous conseillons vivement pour les amateurs de repos et calme au bord de l'eau. Nous recommandons vivement !

Un bel emplacement

Un appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas d’une très belle plage. Très propre. Un peu petit mais une belle terrasse pour manger. Attention, il n’y a pas la climatisation mais des ventilateurs à la place. Le convertible est appréciable car en 160 et confortable. Petit bémol, certain de nos voisins étaient fumeur et on en profitais plusieurs fois par jours alors que le logement est non fumeur. Je recommande tout de même car suffisant pour une semaine de vacances et surtout pour profiter de la plage.
