このペントハウスは、スペインのフエンヒローラ通りのメイン通り、遊歩道の隣にあります。このエリアはショップやレストランに囲まれていますが、同時に非常に静かでリラックスできます。
屋根裏部屋は屋根裏部屋で、ホット/コールドエアコンがあり、非常に居心地が良く、細部まで行き届いています。 メインのダブルベッド1台に2ベッドルーム、ワードローブ、テレビ、テラスがあります。もう1つのベッドルームには、シングルベッド2台、ワードローブ、テレビが備わっています。アパートには、マスターベッドルームに専用バスルーム、共用エリアにトイレがあります。
キッチンはアメリカ製ですが、オーブン電子レンジ、食器洗い機、洗濯機など何も欠けていません。
リビングルームからは、他のテラスに出ることができます。

The host, Teresa, was very friendly and welcoming, and kept in touch during our stay to ensure all was well.The attic apartment is well laid out with loads of facilities. It is also very close to the beach and harbour area.

The apartment was spotless and whilst it is very central, (0ne minute from the beach) it was very quite indeed. We would love coming back for another stay in the near future.

Compact apartment in great location!

This is a great rental for a family of 4. We loved the location and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Close to beach and tons of restaurants! Teresa is a great host and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Fuengirola!

The apartment was clean and well furnished though small, however it was an attic one. A little problem at the beginning with language, however Google translate came to the rescue.

Wonderful Apartment in a great location

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. It was perfect for our family of four - 2 adults and 2 young children. It is close to the beach and in the center of everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We visit the coast every year and would love to stay here again.

Perfect location in Fuengirola

Host very nice and accommodating. Flat is very modern with all essentials. Clean and bright with 4 skylites for light and fresh air flow. Couldn't be in a better location for restaurants and shops. 2 balconies for sunning.

Incredible apartment with really comfy beds. Amenitties, everything was thought about. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine. Loads of towels and overall the apartment was superb. We had all we needed and more. The aircon was brilliant and it was great having 2 toilets.The only draw back was the location, situated above the restaurants we expected some noise but it was pretty loud each night until 2-4am. This did disturb our stay but both my husband and I are lighter sleepers our 17 year old was not disturbed. So if you are a light sleeper there may be ab issue but could just be us. Overall the apartment was incredible, Teresa the host was lovely and it is a great location if you want to be in the hub.

zentral gelegene Wohnung, nah an City und Strand

sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Es wird kein Auto benötigt. Man kann mit der Bahn vom airport nach Fuengirola fahren, dann ein paar Minuten zu Fuß durch den Ort. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, viel Spaß!

Ensembles convenable.

Le seul bemol est de devoir ouvrir le volet entiérement pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte fenêtre qui donne sur les balcons.

We had a amazing holiday, apartment was in the best possible location, clean, bright and fully equipped with everything. The only complaints I have is 10 o clock check out and a 60 euro payment because we were checking in after 21.00 . This has never happened in all the years in going to Fuengirola.

I am very sorry for the departure at 10 in the morning, but then I had other guests and had to clean up. Lovely apartment in a great location

Firstly Teresa was very helpful and accommodating when we first met. The apartment is very comfortably and well furnished everything that you would need. The location is amazing as it is 100 m from the beach and you are in the centre of everything. The restaurants and bars are literally outside of your door there is a real buzz in this vicinity in the evenings. All in all I would recommend this apartment and I would love to go back next summer. Excellent Apartment

Alles perfekt, am Anfang hatte es kein Warmwasser gehabt und danach hatte es warmes Wasser gegeben! Betten sind Super! vermieter war Nett. Früchte und das Essen standen dort zu Verfügung. Wir kamen um 01:00 Uhr morgens und Sie wartete vor Ort auf uns. Vielen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne!

Séjour en famille magnifique

L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre Fuengirola. L'appartement dispose de tous dont vous aurez besoins pour passer un bon séjour en famille ou entre amis. Le proprio est sympa. Je recommande vivement. Attention pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, le parking n'est pas compris, mais, un parking public se trouve à proximité ( 10e/jour à prévoir)

APARTAMENTO PERFECTO

Apartamento perfecto, acogedor, totalmente equipado, perfectamente decorado y muy cuidado. Excelente ubicación en la zona más animada del pueblo pero sin problemas de ruidos. Muy cómodo para ir a la playa así como para salir a cenar o simplemente pasear. La dueńa encantadora. Gracias por todo!!!! Sin duda repetiremos!!!!
