The location was perfect!!! Walking distance to everything we needed, groceries, restaurants, beach, travel agency, pharmacies, nail salon and spa, many shops, ... Rick was very prompt in answering any questions we had, we used whatsapp which was so convenient for us. Checking in and out was so easy. definitelyrecommend this location.

Spotless apartment within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Great value!

We loved the apartment and its location. Good value. Plenty of parking in front of the building. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood as well bars and coffee shops. We did not use the pool or the garage, so we can’t comment on those.

Good location

In general the apartment was very nice, good location near the beach and the swimming pool a few minutes away...we where only sorry the microwave didn't work,the sofa wasn't comfortable. The swimming pool was nice but had no survailence and some tourist go there and drink beers and live then by the pool wich caused an accident with my grandson who cut is feet with broken glasses wich where inside the pool.

Great Break

Moved here from another apartment in the village. Good location and accurate apartment description. Great A/C, TV and wifi (great for me as I needed to work). Balcony gets sun from early morning until early afternoon. Only negative I feel the need to call out is that the mattresses on the beds are in need of replacing. Springs popping up making the experience not so comfortable. Maybe even some mattress toppers would help. Would be happy to stay again though.

Das Apartment ist in einer sehr guten Gegend. Der gesamte Ablauf war total unkompliziert und unser Host war zu jederzeit für uns da. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat alles was man so für den alltäglichen Ablauf braucht. Außerdem sind fußläufig zwei schöne Strände zu erreichen. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nächstes mal gerne wieder!

appartement très beaux très spacieux traversant. Avec climatisation dans les chambres et le séjour très appréciable en plein été. La literie est ancienne à ressort. La piscine est vraiment top, grande, profonde avec peut de monde.L'étendoir est très peu fonctionnel dommage vu qu'il y a une machine à laver. Le propriétaire répond rapidement pour la moindre question ce qui est appreciable.

Appartement à améliorer

Appartement spacieux , bien placé et une jolie vue mer. Néanmoins , literie très endommagé (on sent les ressorts dans le dos) , chaise en bois aussi (pieds qui menacent de se casser) , très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle , étendoir cassée , petit frigo pour 6 personnes , canapé lit endommagé Nous sommes plus fatigués qu’à l’arrivée car très peu dormi dans ces matelas. Propriétaire pas sur place qui ne facilite pas les choses. Malgré un message envoyé jamais eu de réponse pour racheter un étendoir.C’est très dommage.

Cosy nest near Falesia beach Gemütliches Nest am Falesia-Strand

The owner was not on site, but the communication was very good, also check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. In a folder all questions about the flat and tourist questions are well explained. The flat was cosy and very clean and tidy. From the balcony you can see the sea (a little further away). Some extra things, e.g. dishwasher and beach toys for children. We felt very comfortable and would book the flat again.Der Besitzer war nicht vor Ort, aber die Kommunikation war sehr gut, auch Ein- und Auschecken total unkompliziert..In einer Mappe sind alle Fragen zur Wohnung und touristische Fragen gut erklärt. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vom Balkon sieht man (etwas weiter entfernt) das Meer. Einige Extrasachen, z.B. Spülmaschine und Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung noch mal buchen.

Es war fabelhafte ruhigerer Gegend und alles in paar Minuten Zufluss erreichbar. Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto nach achtminutiger Fahrt auch die Stadt Albufeira. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für sechs Personen. Hierzu unserer voller Empfehlung. Martin
