Sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation in a very comfortable beach style home located at 257 Georges Bay Road in the Bermuda Bay section of Oceanside Village, a gated community in Surfside Beach with 24/7 security. Whether you are planning a family vacation or getting a group of friends together, this house will fill all your needs. We comfortably sleep 16. Pac-n-Play available for your use. The gated secure beach parking for cars or golf carts is only a 5 minute ride away. Your rental includes the use of 2 golf carts, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, bikes, and more.

If you are a golfer, bring your clubs and enjoy a variety of excellent golf course choices. For the kids and adults, there are several miniature golf courses in the area. You can always cook at home or select from numerous fine eating establishments in the area. Just north of Surfside Beach is Myrtle Beach, just south is Murrells Inlet, known for the Marsh Walk. If shopping is your thing, there are several malls, outlets and consignment shops. There are several theaters nearby, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot landing are great tourist attractions!

Our home has 3 levels. The first level sleeps 6. It has been renovated to include full size appliances, an island with seating for 4. A sunroom with 3 sliding glass doors, a queen size sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a 50-inch wall mounted TV. It has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king). A queen sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has a TV.
The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, single serve coffee, stove, refrigerator. There is a patio, overlooking the fountain, with a table and chairs and a gas cooker. The bathroom is equipped with a mounted hair dryer. Wi-Fi is included.
This level can be rented separately during off peak time.

The second and third levels sleeps 10. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with adjoining bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin bed with adjoining bath. Bedroom 3(level 3) has a queen and a twin with adjoining bath. Each bathroom is equipped with a mounted hair dryer.
The second level has open concept living room (queen sofa bed), kitchen, dining all overlooking a beautiful fountain. There is a porch off the living room half screened, half open with chairs and a gas cooker. The front porch boasts wicker seating to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a TV, DVD, a play station 4 game with 2 games suitable for kids. The kitchen table seats 6, the counter seats 4, there are 4 tray tables, and you can bring up the card table for additional seating. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and 2 coffee pots, regular and Keurig.

You will have access to all the amenities that the village has to offer indoor heated pool open year round, outside: kiddy pool, water park, hot tub, swimming pool. Also included: Playground, tennis, basket ball, volleyball, and bocce ball courts.

In the garage, you will find a card table and chairs, foos ball table, dart board, air hockey with a ping pong table top, a bocce set and a corn hole game. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, balls, and beach toys available for your use. Also included for your enjoyment are books, games, magazines and puzzles.

This level is available for separate rental during off peak time.

Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday
