Luxury Beach House- Georgeous Private Beach

Gorgeous, new in 2005, 3 bedroom cottage 200 yd from the Ocean. This cottage is nothing like anything you've rented on Cape Cod. This private residence was completely rebuilt by its owners for their use and enjoyment. The owners, who design, build and showcase luxury homes for a living, designed this luxury beach house retreat where they could enjoy the sun and surf in style. The cottage features a master bedroom with a king size bed, a gas-lit fireplace, a wall-mounted plasma television w/DVD player and ample closet space. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, built-in bureau and ample closet space. The third bedroom features two bunk beds (both bottom bunks are double beds). The room also features a loft and ample closet space. The bathroom is cathedral and sky-lit featuring a double sink with granite counter tops, a 36' shower and full laundry. The kitchen and family room constitute one open cathedral sky-lit space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Fantastic Spot

Great spot within short walk to beautiful beach. Hot tub was clean. Home was clean. Owners communicated quickly. Solid all around. "Ocean view" not really, but it is a quick walk away.

Beautiful rental

A group of 6 mom's stayed in this lovely home in October. The home is very well appointed, with all the amenities you can think of! The owner was flexible with check in and check out. A great spot for families and adults looking for quiet relaxation.

Excellent Beach Rental!

My family and I just rented this wonderful property for one week. I have two small children and the location was perfect. It is very close to the beach for going back and forth if needed. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I was most appreciative of the central air as it was a very hot week on the cape. The hot tub was really a treat for us. We have already booked it again for next year. My only negative and it really wasn't a big deal is that you can only fit 3 cars in the driveway. Again no issue for us but you should know that if you have two families or anyone over. I highly recommend this property!

Great Beach Rental

In June 2012, my family has the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a few nights. It was a perfect beach rental. It was very clean (my #1 priority in a rental) and updated (kitchens and bath were newly renovated), very close to a great kid-friendly beach (walk down a short path and you are on the sand), close to great restaurants and the cute town of Dennis Village, and in a quiet, private neighborhood. The backyard is amazing - very private with a hot tub, beautiful large deck, and a great fire pit where we made s'mores at night. The home is very comfortable and had it all. We would definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to friends!

5 star property in 5 star area of Cape Cod!

I have been coming to this area for 40 years and have stayed in luxury homes to rustic cottages owned by relatives. This property surpassed all expectations and previous stays (despite off season) There will be no property found in Dennis/Northside that gives you the amenities (a/c (not needed now but available in season), outdoor shower, hot tub, firepit area, indoor fireplaces, close proximity to private beach, privacy, and close proximity to both Gina's and Chapins restaurants) You will not find this no matter how long you search! The interior design is amazing and property owners attention to detail in this remodel is apparent throughout! And I don't see this cleanliness and bed linen quality and comfort in many 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in!!!! Will be back.......OFTEN! ;)
