Host is super friendly and quick to respond to texts emails etc. Lovely, super clean home with all the amenities! Will definitely be staying again soon!

The home was clean and bright. Great location. Just as advertised. Fred was kind enough to offer to adjust our stay due to the Nor'Easter but we missed most of it - thankfully!

Great location and comfortable stay

The property was as described and the neighborhood and proximity to the gorgeous beaches were excellent! We had a wonderful stay and plenty of room to play in the backyard with our six year old. Owner was very good at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Family getaway

Great spot for a family getaway. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk which was great. The house has everything you need for a nice stay.

Cozy, private, clean house close to the beach

Our family enjoyed our vacation stay very much! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Exceptionally smooth communication with the host.

Great vacation house!

This house is great: really clean and airy, well equipped, with an awesome deck and yard. The owners are accommodating and very friendly. Best of all, it’s walking distance to one of the best beaches on the Cape. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect, clean, neat, as advertised, very relaxing, so convenient to our favorite beach (Mayflower), new appliances, lovely large deck, very comfortable beds, better shower than we have at home. A for house, host, and hostess!

Great location

We had a great time at the property. Close to a beautiful beach where our kids had an amazing time. The owner was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great beach location

Our family loves Mayflower beach and this was the perfect vacation home! Just a 10 min walk to the beach, great back deck and plenty of room for our family. The owners were very responsive to messages a texts. Highly recommend this place for your next family beach vacation.

Quiet cozy home close to family friendly beach

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Mayflower beach is beautiful and was a quick 10 minute walk away. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Fred was very kind and helpful providing some great local tips!

Everything about the property and our stay was perfect. Our host, Fred, was wonderful. Very accessible and helpful. The house was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for access to the beach on foot, in a lovely little community off the main road. Very peaceful and family friendly. We will definitely look to book again for our next Cape vacation! Highly recommend!!

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to the best beach on Cape Cod! Huge deck and nice grill, perfect for cooking out with friends and family.

Fantastic vacation home

Definitely a Super Host. Fred has a special gift of hospitality. Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful deck and comfortable lounges. Close drive to the quaint town of Dennis. The two beaches are walkable but we drove.

excellent for families!

The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. They really went above and beyond to be accommodating and ensure a fun vacation for us. The walk to the beach is short (less than 10 min loaded down with umbrellas and toys) and the location is quiet. The interior of the house is perfect for children and families with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

The warmest and kindest hospitality, for a perfect family stay

Thank you very much to Fred and Gina for their constant attention to our well being in the house and for their valuable advice that allowed us to discover the beautiful Cape Cod area. The house was perfect for our three little ones, super equipped, well located in a very pleasant neighborhood and so close to the beaches. We regret not being able to stay longer and will definitely come back.

Great time. Deck area was awesome and the walk to Bayview is easy and only 10 minutes. The shortcut off Lombardi is easy

Magical Vacation Spot

This place was everything we needed for our vacation. Truly a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great yard for the kids to play in. There’s beautiful maple trees that provided ample shade on back deck for those hot and sunny days. It’s off the main road and there’s plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend!
