Great week long stay in lavallette. House was perfect for our extended family of 12. Outdoor space was amazing, large outdoor table accommodated us all for dinner. Perfect location to walk to the beach or downtown lavallette.

Great Stay on Beach Block

Lorena was a great host and the property was perfect. Comfortably accommodated our family and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, and the backyard patio area is perfect to wind down and relax after days at the beach. Two outdoor showers was a huge plus! We had a memorable week and would book again!

Family Reunion at Lavalette Salty Air Retreat

We had a wonderful week! The house was perfect and accommodated our 10 siblings with spouses. Outdoor space was great and having 2 kitchens helped us with our meals. We especially liked the 2 outdoor showers! Short walk up to our gorgeous beach. Lorena was very friendly and responsive to any questions.We would definitely come back!

Wonderful!

Our family of 5 adult couples, one child and two young singles had a fantastic stay. Pretty much anything we could have wanted was included at the house. The spaces are easy to navigate and comfortable, and two separate living rooms plus a sun-room, plus tons of very pretty outdoor space meant lots of room to spread out and relax. Very short walk to the beach, very short drive to the grocery store, lovely to bicycle along the bayside. Really wonderful. Thank you.

Beautiful home - plenty of sleeping space. Cabinets are full of dishes, glasses, silverware, spices, etc. Lorena, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We met her husband while there and he was lovely - very helpful recommending restaurants. (They ended up having to rent another place down the shore for the holiday weekend, instead of staying in their own beautiful home. They still had the integrity of keeping my reservation after realizing they weren’t going to have their home available when they wanted to stay there). That says a lot about their character.The backyard was gorgeous. Very private with beautiful landscaping, 2 outdoor showers, 2 outdoor grills, large table for big family to eat at, and a fire pit as well! Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back again in the future!

Great Vacation

We rent a house in Lavallette every year for a beach vacation. This house was perfect for us; plenty of room, yet privacy for each family. The outside area in the back was nice space for the kids to play and for all of us to cook out and sit by the fire pit. Having two outdoor showers was a plus after a day at the beach ( house is beach block). The host was easy to contact and very nice to deal with. We actually had no reason to contact her Throughout our week, as there were no issues and the house description and information was just as described.

First Family Shore trip

Our experience was so easy from start to finish. Everything we could need was there in the home, and we had more than enough space with 12 people to be comfortable. My favorite is the was being on a quiet street that us and the kids could easily walk to the beach. House was beautiful and clean upon arrival, and we were able to check in a little early with communication with host. Definitely recommend and hoping to stay here next summer again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a big family. We had 5 kids and 8 adults and there was plants of room. Very clean and open. The neighborhood is very quiet. A very short walk to the beach or a 3 min ride to Brooklyn ave Bay beach for little kids.

My family and I were looking for a beach vacation home that would work suite all of our needs...which is hard with 6 kids from ages 5 - 13 + their grandparents! This house certainly did the job! Everyone had a very comfortable stay, great location

The house is big enough for everyone to spread out & have their own space. The yard was wonderful . Parking was more then enough. We were thrilled they opened up our beach entrance. The walk from the house is more then we are used to. We loved the front porch.

We rented both upper and lower level and we had such a great time! The beds were comfortable and the owner was such a great help when we had questions. We would def rent this house again. Great location!

Amazing house and location

This house was perfect for our family and friends. We have many different aged children and young adults, so having two living spaces and kitchens was such an asset. The fenced in back yard provided safety for the young children and privacy for everyone. The owner of the house was very attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this listing and look forward to renting here again.
