This house in College Place is spacious and homey, perfect for a group or family visiting college students or looking for a quiet escape. You will be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Walla Walla University and several parks. It is just a short drive to town conveniences, several wineries, Fort Walla Walla Disc Golf Course, and Veterans Memorial Golf Course.

The inside is furnished with comfort in mind and includes loaded bookshelves in various rooms and a piano for any musicians in the group. The kitchen and dining room provide enough space for any occasion.

We loved this house! The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice. We were in town for an event in Walla Walla and the short drive to get there was great. The house was spacious for our large family and very clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home with a gorgeous back yard. Visiting with 7 of us and we had plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. Lots of games and books! Had almost everything we needed with the exception of large pans and a griddle, but we made due. Would definitely book again for a large group like this.

Property as pictured and was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back garden to relax in. One downstairs bathroom/bedroom. Upstairs has one master bedroom/bathroom, and three additional bedrooms with one bathroom to share. This was a perfect place for our family of seven with four adults and three young adults finishing university for the year/Graduation.

This home is as pictured and lovely! We have 7 in our family for a long weekend of graduation engagements and it worked perfectly for everyone to have keyless entry for independence. One downstairs bedroom with a bathroom and 4 upstairs bedrooms (Master bedroom/bath and 3 Bedrooms with a bathroom). Ample sitting rooms. Showers and toilets worked well. The back garden is beautiful and has blooms for every season.

You will enjoy this place - give it a chance really .. there is no hidden cleaning charge after you leave, spacious, decor may seem like throwback, so bring your humor cause its really Spacious. College Place so easy connect to Walla Walla (WallyWorld) we hit the Wine Places 125 count within 10 miles radius .. so much fun laughter and getting to store for sit down family eats. This home is located in a very nice safe neighborhood! Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. Very clean home with a dining room table able to seat 10 people. Added bonus.....within walking distance to Hop Theif Tap House Bar & Grill!

Family gathered for funeral at Blue Mountain

This lovely home is comfortable and well appointed and makes you feel as if you’re at your grandmothers home. We were there for a very sad reason but this well maintained property affords ample sleeping and gathering areas, and allowed us to gather and share special times and memories of our loved one. We had 8 people in our party and everyone fit very comfortably. The yard was beautiful and very well kept. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. The furniture is a tad outdated and the shag carpet in the upstairs bathroom wasn’t my favorite. Overall the house was clean and comfortable.

Big trip

Loved the house..plenty of room..super clean. One bed had the quilt over the foot of the bed and it covered the bed frame foot. My daughter took quite a fall tripping over it. Might be good not to cover the feet up.

Be aware that you will only receive one bath towel per person. Kitchen tools are rather limited. Glad we brought our own sharp cutting knives. Also be aware that three bedrooms share one bathroom.

Nice but a little plumbing issue

We enjoyed our stay in the floral house. There were seven of us and we were depending on the three bathrooms. One of the upstairs toilets just wouldn’t flush. The house manager was very responsive and helpful but I believe the issue is that the toilet needs replaced so at times we were left with two working toilets. Most of the kitchen dishes are chipped or nearly broken so I believe those need replaced as well. We enjoyed the vintage feel of the house and it was a nice neighborhood for a walk.

Wine getaway

The physical arrangement of the home is very comfortable. We arrived at 4:00 & the code sent to us didn’t work. After 25 minutes of waiting in 105 degree weather someone arrived to change the code. The slider was difficult to lock & a couple of times impossible to lock. I had registered 10 people, but we ended up with 7 & had to scrounge for towels. There were no hand towels in the master & no fresh soaps in the upstairs bathrooms. The bbq is very unstable. The coffee pot has no filter holder and none of the carafes fit the pot. None of the outdoor light fixtures had functional bulbs, but we were able to find the flood light switch. Many lamps & fixtures did not work or flickered & would not stay on. Some of the shades weren’t functional. A comfortable home with very lovely gardens. It just needs a thorough checking & careful housekeeping.

Fall getaway with friends

We spent a weekend with friends in this house and we had a great stay. The house has great amenities for cooking for large group and the location is ideal to explore some wineries and surrounding areas. Nice quiet and clean area to walk the dogs. Very pleasant and clean and comfortable place.
