Questo condominio si trova al secondo piano di Wellington Manor, un affascinante complesso mezzo miglio a nord del centro di Wells. Fai tranquille passeggiate mattutine attraverso il Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (due miglia a nord-est), porta i tuoi boogie board per i giorni estivi a Drake's Island Beach (due miglia a est) e trova innumerevoli tesori nascosti nei famosi negozi di antiquariato di Wells sulla Route 1.

Cozy, quiet condo with beautiful grounds and view off porch.

Very well groomed, pretty grounds. We had an excellent view from our screened in porch over a courtyard with large trees & tons of birds. Not crowded since privately owned condos. Will go again if possible.

Cozy and quiet uncrowded condo complex. Beautifully kept grounds and newly lined indoor swimming ...

Friendly neighbors who own or rent condos. Nothing fancy but clean with all the necessities in the kitchen (with full -sized refrigerator and freezer.) if you'd like to cook some of your own meals, rather than eating out. Planning to go again next year.

Great for a short stay

Great for what we needed! The AC never got cold enough, but made the room bearable. Plenty of odds and ends in case you forgot something, would stay again for another short trip

I talked to one of your employees on line about possibly changing to a different room as we didnt realize you had a 2 story bldg. And my friend uses a walker and had to go up 17 steps ea time we went anywhere. Whoever answered my online request was not aymathetic at all. The place was not busy, im sure that we could have gotten a different room because she is disabled and refused to do anything to help out. It shouldnt have been that difficult. With this happening it ruined our vacation. We will never do business there again.

Quiet and well-stocked

We stayed here for just one night. The property was clean and quiet and the amenities (pool/clubhouse, etc) were great for our kids to play with. The screened-in balcony was nice for relaxing. Located close to beach.

Great location, just a short drive to all the things we love about this part of Maine. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking some meals in rather than eating out for every meal. Communication emails with check-in instructions were great. The screened in balcony was perfect for relaxing when we weren’t out enjoying the beaches, and although we didn’t encounter many others at the condo, those we did meet were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place, good location

This place was a perfect location for spending time in Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Check-in process was easy, response from our host was timely and friendly. The facility was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed use of the pool and pool table while there. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the little screened-in porch. The kitchen was small, but stocked adequately. We didn't do a lot of cooking, so it was fine. The couch was comfortable Sleeping was a little warm because the air conditioner is in the kitchen area but there is a pedestal fan in the sleeping area which helps.

Small but clean condo!

Clean. Well stocked. Towels and linens available. Easy to access with code. A little crowded with couch and table in kitchen but we really didn’t use either one. Screened in porch. Accessibility to pool till Dec 31st. Not sure what month it opens. Clubhouse with games, videos and lounge. My only complaint is noisy neighbor. The dog woke up us at night and the TV woke is up very early!

Needs a solid cleaning and furniture replaced

We walked in and a disgusting stench hit us. After cleaning most of the place ourselves we realized the throw rugs were the smell. Mildew/moldy stench. The beds are terrible, saggy and too soft, the mattress cover was ripped and the linens looked old stains on the blankets. The couches and chair pads are gross, stained, discolored and who knows what else. There's a note left for the cleaning crew to only use a damp cloth on the floors, well that's a mistake. Sticky, dirty, bug ridden floors. This place could be wonderful but clearly the cleaning crew doesn't do a good job. We complained when we arrived but the owner still has yet yo contact us about the property. Huge disappointment and waste of money. Might as well stay at a cruddy old motel. Vacassa did nothing yo help us either so won't be booking through them again.

Good experience

The room was exactly as advertised. It was clean and it’s central to a lot of Southern Maine beaches so it was a nice location. It was a great and easy experience and we didn’t want to leave!

Dissatisfied

Very disappointing, the unit had a strong unpleasant smell. I reported this to Vacasa the first night requesting a different unit or refund. I got the standard scripted response. I’m still waiting for the “manager” to contact me. I checked out the next day and had to book with another hotel an additional expense. With the unsatisfactory service I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

When my group first showed up, there was a lack of cleanliness to the room. Other than that, the location was great and there were so many fun activities in the area.

Great place to stay with family!

Easy process for booking, check-in and check-out. Room was clean and surrounding neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Also centrally located.

Because there were 4 of us, who were not couples, I would suggest queen beds and maybe a blow dryer. Otherwise, it was enjoyable.

Visit after Labor Day rm no.224

Our extended family stays at a place on drakes island so this was the perfect spot for us to have to ourselves (my husband, myself and baby of 9mo). Right off route one but not visible from road, so very quiet. I don’t think anyone was staying in the neighboring rooms since it was off season. During the day we headed to our extended family 1.5miles away. Two minute drive to “A Cafe and A Bakery” which btw is the best in wells/ogunquit/York if you like French pastry/coffee/breakfast sandwiches. I would stay here again if staying near drakes because the beach is really not far even if you wanted access to just the municipal parking (walking distance to beach) and not just visiting at a residence on drakes isl. definitely was a good space for us with baby having the full kitchen and double beds. Room for a pack and play at the end of the beds for a makeshift crib. Would recommend bringing outlet covers if with baby tho. (We thought ahead on this one)

Poorly air conditioned and saggy mattresses

I liked that there were 2 sinks and mirrors for getting ready. If the AC had been left on 24 hours prior we may have been okay but to arrive to a hot uncomfortable room after traveling for 7 hours in 90 degree heat was not acceptable. We tried to called the number in the binder they provided but were told they no longer manage that property. I found a number to call in my reservation and they suggested opening a window. I felt it didn’t matter what the issue was they didn’t care and we were on our own. They did provide a fan but the cover kept falling off.

Great Location for Maine but outdated

The location is amazing for a small family looking to go to the Wells beach or even Old Orchard/Saco area. The downside to this location would be how outdated it is. The AC (located by the floor with the refrigerator covering it) does not keep the room cool at all. Keeps the small kitchen cool though. The beds are very uncomfortable. We overdue for new mattress as half of the mattress dips in and you can feel the coils on your back. Lastly you get what you pay for it is a cheap unit but not the best sleeping experience. The public indoor pool is a great add on for rainy days!
