Poikkeuksellisen uusittu ja kalustettu 2BR, 2BA yhden tarinan kotiin. Kiinteistössä on makuuhuone queen size-vuode urheilu geeli patja, takka, taulutelevisio ja oma. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta patjat patjat ympäröivät ikkunat kauniit näkymät, olohuoneessa on suuri takka 65 "taulutelevisio ja 2 queen sohva ratapölkyt myös geeli / vaahto patja päivitykset. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet laitteet, kuten kaasu-alue, jääkaappi, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni. Pesutupa on ylimitoitettu LG-pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä tehokas vedenlämmitin. Toinen kylpyhuone on erittäin suuri sekä suihkulla ja poreallas, ja kaksi turhuutta aluksen uppoaa. Pelihuone, jossa on turnauksen kokoinen pingispöytä, soveltuu haasteeseen. Kaikki huoneet on lämmitetty ja jäähdytetty itsenäisesti. Koko talo on päivittänyt kovaa lattiaa, posliini laatta, kvartsi työtasot, teräs katot, kaksinkertainen kipu Pella ikkunat ja haalistua liukuva lato ovet ja muut puun aksentit on maalaismainen mutta tyylikäs valitus. Maisemoidulla pihalla on käsin pudotettu kivi patio, jossa on kivi kulkutiet ja upouusi puu tai kivihiili, joka paloi Tulipalo ruoanlaittopinnalla!

Perfect!! The house is beautiful. So many thoughtful touches throughout!

Tony was amazing and I'm sure his beautiful bride is too. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Barb face to face. The house is situated in a quiet area near Lake Whitney. My family included 6 guests in total. Each of them commented on how beautiful the house was. The furnishings, appliances, beds, etc. Many left with ideas for decorating their own homes. We loved the front and backyard; well, groomed. In fact, we spent a great deal of time in the backyard around the big firepit; Smores!! Absolutely! The backyard is secure and my little dog Bandit enjoyed the yard immensely. You will not be disappointed with the home. Thanks again Tony & Barb!!

Everything was great! We had one little hiccup with a slow toilet flush. The owner was Johnny on the spot and had it fixed in a flash. And very apologetic for his intrusion. I would recommend this house to anyone. Very nice.

Quiet and restful getaway

We enjoyed our time here! The house was perfect for our family and such a nice surprise was the backyard where we grilled, had dinner outside and even made s'mores in the firepit. Nice weekend retreat!

Easter Weekend 2019

We had a great weekend! This is a lovely home with all the accommodations you could possibly need. The six of us were extremely comfortable here. My grandson and son-in-law went on a guided fishing tour and caught more fish than we could eat. We had a fish fry in the backyard and it was wonderful. The backyard is really quaint and the weather was fabulous. We all enjoyed ourselves and the grandkids even learned how to play ping pong.

Perfect home in every way

We have never staid in a nicer home than this one - it is now at the top or our list. Beautifully updated and well maintained. View of the lake from the tidy back yard is wonderful. It is also located in Lakeside Village which is a very nice little community. The TV's with fire sticks all work great as does the WiFi. AC/Heating units in each room do a great job of keeping the house properly heated and cooled as you set them. All of the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We never wanted for anything - it was all already there. We had one of the most relaxing times we have ever had here. Tony, the owner, is extremely attentive and friendly. He walked us through to make sure we knew where everything was and how to operate the TV's and HVAC units and get connected to WiFi. We highly recommend staying here when you want to stay near Lake Whitney. We will definitely stay here again.

beautiful home

This is a beautiful home to stay if you need to be between Waco and Dallas/Ft Worth. We traveled as a family to visit Baylor and TCU and the location was ideal. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The kids bathroom was spacious and there was lots of counter space for the three kids to spread their toiletries out. The master suite was spacious with a walk in closet to unpack. The game room with a ping pong table was a hit for the kids and adults alike! There were TV's in all the bedrooms and a shelf with games to pick from. Beds were super comfy and sheets and towels really soft. The house is tastefully decorated and detailed. Kitchen super well stocked including chocolate chip cookie mix and noodles for those late night cravings. The owner Tony was very attentive. He even offered to meet us and walk us through the house upon arrival however we declined as it was very very late. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!!!

Great place to stay right next to the lake

House was extremely nice and well kept. The homeowner lives within 2 minutes and came at the drop of a hat whenever we needed help figuring out the TV. The house is only a few minutes away from the lake which was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home and Great Hospitality!

This home is very nicely renovated and was the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend! We originally had planned the weekend for the beginning of June but one of my friends had a back issue and Tony graciously allowed us to reschedule for another weekend without losing the money we had already paid. He was always very quick to respond to all of my inquiries. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely home!

We spent 3 nights at this home and loved every minute of it. The beds and sofas are all very comfortable and the TV in the living room is large and has a great high def picture. The kitchen is modern and stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are both very clean and showers are terrific. I plan to come back here with my girlfriends at some point in the future.

Beautiful Home, Friendly Owners and Great Location!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and didn't want to leave. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need. We are definitely coming back here!

Wonderful weekend

This is a beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very clean with plenty of amenities. We had 6 adults and 2 children who all slept comfortably. Tony was very nice and answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this propert for anyone wanting to stay in the Lake Whitney area.

Barb and Tony Chmiel are local Lakeside Village residents who live on Lake Whitney about a 3 minute walk from this house. We love this area and neighborhood. If you can picture a night with 1 million stars, a bright moon on the water, and a boat ramp less than 5 minutes from your driveway, you picture Lakeside. We have 3 kids, twin sons who work in IT Consulting and a daughter who is a licensed dietician and missionary. We love calling Lakeside home.

Barb and I have done one thing in the 30 years we have been married. Substantially overimprove every home we own. This is no different. On the off chance Chip and Joanne might stop by, we had to go all out. This is an ultra comfortable vacation home that can sleep up to 8 and provide you a chance to unwind.

Sleeps 8 in 2 Bedrooms and 2 queen sofa sleepers. All gel/foam mattresses and all new. All new everything. Stunning stone shower, Jacuzzi tub, vessel sinks, game room, flat screens everywhere, independent AC units in all rooms (mini split) and a fully furnished kitchen.
