Medan transporthuset blev lagt till vid ett senare tillfÀlle som en bostad som var skild frÄn bondgÄrden, gÄrden sjÀlv och huvudbarnet gÄr tillbaka till slutet av inbördeskriget. The host wrote me a note welcoming us to the cottage. I left them a note that things was tore and broken before we got there. They need to keep thing repaired before renting to the next people. But it was nice and quiet place.

Everything was wonderful and they provided everything we could have needed! Being able to bring our best fur-friend along made the trip so much better!!!Only thing I would suggest would be that, because cell service is so spotty and limited it would’ve been nice to have access to WiFi.

Some pictures didn't match up. No proper cleaning tools to help pick up after ourselves, we did our best. Hot tub was perfect but we left early.

Great and simple hocking hills location for couples.

A simple and not too expensive location for couples. Great if you're planning on being out and about most of your trip and just need somewhere to stay!

A truly special location! Very rural but close enough to everything interesting and necessary. Carriage house is so comfortable and really is cozy, close to main house but still quite private. The terrain is somewhat steep but walking paths are lovely and worth the effort. We had a wonderful visit and hope to stay again soon.

We loved the place. It was just perfect for my wife, our little dog Abby, and myself. The Hocking Hills area is wonderful to explore and the hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking and shopping. We would stay here again. Great place!

Comfort and Peaceful

The place was clean, warm and ready for our stay. Amenities included stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates etc. The heater and hot-tub was on and warm. Highly recommend!

Great location & beautiful property. A little close to the road but still felt private enough to enjoy the jacuzzi on the deck. Not giving 5 stars because the mattress is a sink hole and was uncomfortable and because there was an ant problem in/under the kitchen sink.sink which

We're Nick and Shannon, owners of Nine Pines Vacation Rentals in Hocking Hills. In 2017, we decided to sell our cleaning business and take the leap of moving to our favorite place on Earth, Hocking Hills!
We love providing a place to stay for people, and giving them the opportunity to fall in love with the area also. Even though this is the hardest business and job we've ever had, it's also by far, the most rewarding. We hope to pass this business on to our children someday.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The first time we saw the farm, we immediately knew we couldn't pass up the opportunity to own it. Even though the Carriage House was originally built as a Mother In Law suite, it works perfectly as a simple getaway for the couple that wants to be close to everything Hocking Hills has to offer, but not at the huge cost of a fancy cabin.

Nine Pines Farm sits along one of most scenic roads in the Hocking Hills region, and part of the 'Windy 9' scenic routes. This property allows you to take in the scenery of Appalachia, without ever leaving the farm!
