If you want a quiet, relaxful stay this is the place. Cabin is clean and we'll supplied and the hosts were quick to answer any questions that I had.

The house was nice, and the outdoor space was great! However, the cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed mouse droppings and dust. The kitchen utensils were very cheap, and the salt that was supposed to be provided was missing. Overall, a nice property, but a few details could use improvement.

The Kick Back cabin is an awesome venue. The owners are very easy to contact and concerned about your needs. The Hot Tub is great and the outside amenities are awesome, too we had a very nice experience!

The place was quiet and secluded. It was a nice get away for my husband and I. The main attractions were about 20-30 mins from thr place. The place was as described. Host was quick to communicate.

Hot tub, wasn't what was in pictures, grounds were terribly taken care of.. driveway and exterior properties of cabin all overgrown, catches vehicles coming and going.. cabin and bed were great, except for rotten exterior steps and deck pretty tore up, and no television, not a signal

The cabin is located in the woods, with lots of privacy. We loved that, and our dog did too. We were very excited to walk the trails with her but felt they were not easy to identify (even with the provided map) and were overgrown. We were worried about ticks, so didn't use the trails and stayed on the gravel roadway. The hot tub was very enjoyable, and we loved the accessibility of the doggie door for our pet so she could be on the fenced-in deck that was nearby. We visited when there was a series of very hot days and the AC window unit in the main room just couldn't keep up with the heat. We feel the Kickback Cabin would be a nice place to visit in the fall or early spring when the heat isn't a consideration. All in all, it was an okay trip for us.

We loved our stay at the Kickback cabin! The trails on the property and fenced in deck were so great for our dog, and we loved the screened in porch during a thunderstorm! Would definitely stay here again.

Was able to meet the host of this VRBO which made us feel very at ease. Very clean cabin. Hot tub was amazing to soak in after of day site seeing and hiking. Only two of us in this cabin, but there was room for a couple more. WIFI is spotty but what would you expect your in a cabin in the woods. (Put the phone down and enjoy). Overall a perfect place to stay.

VERY nice cabin!! Spacious. It was in the high 90s when I stayed here and both air conditioner units (kitchen/living room and bedroom) worked great and kept the whole place comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too hot for my dog and I to explore the hiking trails on the property, so I can't say anything about that. My plan is to stay here again in the late fall to explore outside. Highly recommend this cabin!

Nick and Shannon were great! Our girlies had the best time at their cabin, in the hot tub, and access to everything was easy. Definitely would recommend for a little getaway.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet getaway! Not too far from attractions. So nice that there is a fenced in area for dogs and doggie doors. Communication was great.

Garbage disposal did not work, cobwebs and dust in certain places. Showerhead was disgusting! Way too many light switches, maybe they should label them?Other than that it was good. The beds were comfy, sofa not back support-friendly, bedding was clean. Could use better towels (ugly color and worn). I like how they decorated! Liked that there was a full refridgerator/freezer and stove, open concept kitchen/living area. Also lots of streaming options on Roku smart tv because it rained A LOT!
