Another awesome two weeks in dennisport at this cottage. It’s been our summer stay for the past four years and it’s perfect. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back next year!
6 beds available for comfort. Kitchen beautiful and has everything you need to cook. Outdoor seating and grill, seconds from beach, Full air conditioning. Very gracious hosts. Pleasure to stay here.
We stayed here for our annual family vacation with our two college age daughters. The cottage was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. You do need to provide your own paper products, dish towels, towels and bedding. Our girls liked the proximity to the beach and ice cream. It was a quiet area for the most part. There are several cottages set back off of the street. It is a perfect spot if you have little ones like our neighbors did. We enjoyed the back yard and patio several nights during our stay. The outdoor shower and clothes line were also nice to have after our daily beach visits. Great stay!
Third year staying here and we just love the property and the owners! The house has everything you need and nice quiet off the street. Walk or bike to the beach, near the bike bath, restaurants, sundae school ice cream, and nice neighborhoods to walk and jog through. Can’t wait until next year!
This was our second year staying here and we love it! Our granddaughter can walk the property and not be near the main road and the hosts and neighbors are so friendly. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and the bike path. We have always loved dennisport and have stayed other places over the years but this place is our new favorite!
Very quiet friendly setting. Short walk to beach , restaurants and ice cream . Owners were very nice and helpful. New AC system. Really enjoyed our stay !! Thank you !
We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well maintained and has everything you will need. Nice patio with gas grill and close to beach & Sunday School. Mimi and Rick are wonderful hosts and are very accommodating and even brought over some toys and picnic table for my granddaughter. I look forward to staying there again.
What a great place! Location was perfect for us. Cottage is beautiful with new floors and open living/dining area. Had a great time playing outside with our 3 yr old granson. Very friendly neighbors in cul de sac. Would definitely book this cottage again.
Wonderful home in a great location for beaches & activities
When we arrived the home was picturesque and immaculately kept. You can walk to a beach or drive down to West Dennis Beach, our favorite, in 7-8 min. Our family walked to Sunday School Ice Cream in less than 5 minutes a few times during the week. Highly recommend this property. Mimi is an exceptional host and we talked about coming back next year.

Great!
Awesome place! Stayed with my husband, sister, brother-in-law, and 2 children. More then enough room. Yard and outdoor space were used more then anything else (besides the kitchen, which is fully updated and stocked with what we needed). Met the owners on our trip as well, who are super sweet! Fresh herbs also on the patio, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the great review. Enjoyed meeting your family. So glad the cottage met your expectations
The cottage was walking distance to a nice beach and set back from the road so it was quiet. Interior has been updated recently. My one suggestion for the next planned update is to replace the queen bed mattress as it was not very comfortable. Other than that, we had a great time!

Nice private little area
We had a wonderful stay. We were very happy they had a few air conditioners since it got quite hot the week we stayed, lots of fans too. We had 7 adults and we had plenty of room. One bathroom but we alternated just fine. wonderful out side cookout area and grill and we had room for our visitors cars. This is located on a private little circle away from the crowd. Just a short walk to the beach. Owner was very accommodating to our needs. I would rent this house again.

So happy to hear all went well for your vacation. The cottage is perfect for building "happy memories." Thank you for letting us know about your good experience.
First- please know the property is much nicer than the pictures portray. The kitchen, in particular, is so much nicer than what you see in the pics. It is all updated with new appliances, countertops, and cabinets. It is well equipped. The cabin is decorated with a nice Americana / Cape Cod theme. The location was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and Sundae School! The property manager responded quickly to questions during the stay. My family was overall really pleased with our stay and said that they would definitely want to stay again.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your Cape Cod stay. I’ll be posting NEW pictures as soon as our improvements are ready. In 2023 season There will be a raised ceiling in the main living area, central air, new windows and a lot of costly but not visible improvements.
I loved your comments and many suggestions. Every year we strive to freshen the cottage for the comfort of our guests. Cape Cod itself is the magnet for most of our guests! Beach with in walking distance!
This cottage is perfect for a stay in Dennisport. Set back off the road anong five other cottages, there is plenty of yard space for corn hole set up and a patio to sit and relax. Its a quick .4 mile bike to the beach and close to restaurants and ice cream. The house sleeps 7, is well stocked with necessities, and the red, white and blue decor.... 💙 The open living room/dining area is plenty big enough for everyone to sit and be together. The hosts are super friendly and were in their cottage nearby so it was nice to chat with them. We definitely want to come back!

We heartily agree. Dennisport is the ideal place to stay on Cape Cod. Mid way to everything! We have imagined being our own guest and tried to put easy living items in the cottage Hope you created some happy memories. We always welcome repeat guests.

I go to the Cape every year the last week of June. This year I decided to try this location on VRBO. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. The house looks small, but is located in a very private setting in an almost gated community with 5 other rentals and a large house at the entrance (our landlords). Our place had 6 beds and a brand new fully stocked kitchen, the pictures on VRBO do not do this rental justice, it is much nicer, much more spacious and very modern. The location is tremendous, and the owners are extremely attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a trouble free vacation. The house even has central air, a large screen TV, outdoor as well as indoor shower, and plenty of outdoor parking. Do not be fooled by the picture, this location is perfect for a party of 6.
We had a great stay in Dennis Port. The location of the house is fantastic. A short walk to the beach, to ice cream, or to the bakery for coffee or breakfast. It's centrally located within reasonable driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was great - with the house set back from the road on a cul-de-sac, room to play in the yard, and plenty of space between houses - and trees for shade. We loved the patio, and we found ourselves out there often. The outdoor shower and clothesline were very handy. A very nice property.Inside, the house has been nicely updated. The high ceilings make the main room feel large and open. Having central air was a big plus. Kitchen is well-equipped and updated with granite counters and new appliances. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes etc. Beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were roomy enough. The owners were responsive and helpful - providing beach toys and chairs when requested. And we had a nice chat with Rick when he stopped by!Some minor issues:The grill badly needed a cleaning, and the propane didn't flow properly. We took it apart, cleaned everything, and got the propane working. This should be on the cleaning crew's checklist. The listing shows 'laundry' among the site amenities. This is misleading, as there is no onsite laundry. With all of the nice updates to the house, the furniture in the main room felt a bit dated and could also use an update at some point. Moreover, we were very happy!
Nice, quiet cluster of houses that are close to amenities.
Very responsive to our needs.
Very warm house with limited air circulation (AC units in windows made it impossible to get cross current) so it was uncomfortable at times. The upside was that we ended up enjoying the outdoor patio more than we otherwise might have!
