Beautiful location, fantastic rental, wonderful owner!

We were looking forward to a lovely apartment which was a stones throw from the beach - we weren't disappointed. M. Kosogorov is a great host and the communications with him was excellent. We had a lovely stay in this exceptional apartment - our only regret was that we couldn't stay a week longer! Highly recommended.

War alles perfekt. Netter Kontakt und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir waren zu Dritt mit unserer Tochter 12 dort. Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen die hervorragend funktioniert und auch bei 42 Grad Außentemperatur perfekt arbeitet. Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer und relativ klein. Trotzdem gut dass sie separat ist. Übergabe auch via Schlüsseltresor und Videoanleitung möglich. Vermieter ist IMMER erreichbar und reagiert sofort. Für uns aufgrund der genialen Lage 100 % perfekt. Auf den Fotos wirken die Räume kleiner als die tatsächlich sind. Toller Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Apotheke nebenan und kleiner Supermärkte weniger als 100 Meter. Lidl usw 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Strand wird jede Nacht professionell gereinigt und gepflegt. Danke !

Wunderbarer Blick auf das Mittelmeer

Für Urlauber, die einen Aufenthalt unmittelbar am Meer erleben wollen ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vom vierten Stock hat man eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Un superbe appartement bien placé avec une belle vue mer et montagne

L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Le balcon donnant sur la mer et la montagne au loin est vraiment appréciable. Le quartier est calme et toutes les commodités proches. Cette location est vraiment très bien. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons certainement !

Superbe logement où tout est pensé pour votre confort et vos besoins. L'agencement et la décoration sont parfaits et la propreté irréprochable (ce qui en période covid n'est pas négligeable). La literie est de très bonne qualité ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements. Et si selon certains la perfection n'existe pas… nous pouvons grâce à ce séjour vous assurer le contraire : tout était parfait ! Nous n'avons rien à ajouter sinon un grand merci Elwis pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement très bien situé. Un bémol : pas de parking

On pensait qu'il y avait un parking et finalement il n'y en avait pas. Cela doit être très difficile de se garer pendant la période estivale.

Pourtant le descriptif de l’annonce est complet. Encore faut-il prendre le temps de le lire .. Depuis 7 années où l’appartement est en location saisonnière, jamais personne ne s’est plaint du stationnement qui est en nombre suffisant et gratuit autour de la résidence et en cas un parking municipal couvert de 370 emplacements est disponible à 50 m au cas où en très haute saison. Le stationnement n’a pas été un problème pour vous, encore au mois d’octobre.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour en famille 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Elwis.
