Kommetjie Sunny Seaside Cottage

A charming and delightful sunny beach house. Situated on Benning Drive, a single road back and a mere 150m from the breathtaking iconic central main beach of Kommetjie. Kommetjie’s Long Beach.

This 3 bedroom home boosts high quality finishes, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, reception room , lounge with kitchen upstairs leading onto a beautiful balcony for entertaining or relaxing through out the day with near by Mountain View’s and part sea views in close proximity.

The house has single off road packing with electric gate access. Front garden and deck with an outside shower as you come back from the beach after a swim or surf. There is also a towel and surfboard rack to store your days beach gear.

The upstairs main bedroom, bed room 1 has an on suite bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. A double bed with leading doors onto the balcony allowing you to listen to the breaking waves as you relax.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds for younger kids or teenagers happy to share.

Bedroom 3 is a comfortable single bed with a pull out bed.

The 2nd Bathroom can be found downstairs with neat toilet and shower.
