Tucson vacation

Third time staying in this condo community. You must know that the check-in procedure was totally flawed. We were given a 10 digit number to enter into a keypad. There was no keypad. This was obviously a phone number instead after making two additional phone calls to Vacasa we finally contacted a representative who gave us the code to a lockbox which contained the keys to the condo. it was a frustrating start.

refund promised

The AC stopped working on day 4 and couldn't be fixed. Refund was promised but was not paid. Location instructions from the airport were wrong (not even close). when we finally found the property the building number was not provided and we couldn't find the unit. We stayed at a hotel instead and found the unit the next morning.

Perfect Catalina foothills location

The unit is very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and were provided with prompt service and amenities. The screened porch was very nice at the time we were staying without being too hot. View was wonderful.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this Tucson property. Comfortable furniture and wonderful location in the Catalina foothills. Be aware that there is considerable traffic noise because of the close proximity to the road. But closing doors and windows kept it to a minimum. The closest of 2 hot tubs was out of commission for the 6 weeks of our stay. Good selection of pots and pans but way too many dull knives.

Clean and comfortable

Despite the less-than-optimal location and odd configuration of rooms, this was a clean and pleasant spot for my husband and sister for a couple weeks. It's a little close to the road and requires two sets of external steps to access, but overall comfortable and well-equipped with basics. Internet was slow, but clubhouse internet very fast, which we utilized.

nice place bad communication

We have used VRBO a number of times. Each time we've used it, it has been a hands-on owner. If there were any issues, they fixed them immediately. Not so was Vacasa property management. I sent an email and text on Wednesday 3/1. It was for a very simple problem that required a two minute fix. It was not addressed until Saturday 3/4. Because my wife was injured while we were there, we left a day early. I emailed for any check-out responsibilities and never heard back. This is a sample size of 1, so not a complete deal breaker, but given the choice of a private owner or a management company, i would select the private owner every time.

Great location!

Great location for hiking and dining. The condo complex has great amenities. We saw Javelina, a bobcat and coyotes! There wasn’t any rackets or balls to play pickle ball so make sure and bring your own. We would have given it a 5 out of five but the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

winter getaway

good comfortable getaway. Very safe and quiet, great area for hiking, eateries, museums, etc. I stayed with my sister-in-law and would definitely stay again. better for adults then families with small children--my opinion.

Very nice!

Nice unit great area

We love Canyon View, it is quiet and in a wonderful area. The unit is near the road so you do get road noise in the master bedroom, but at least the street is not a busy one. Well furnished and beds were comfortable.

Very nice!

Condo was even nicer than in photos. It was very clean, and it was equipped with everything you could possibly think of to make for a pleasant stay. Complex, pools, exercise room and location were all great. We really enjoyed El Carro Cafe and Risky Business... both are very near by. Right next to the complex is a beautiful resort with yummy cocktails, appetizers, and outstanding service. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend!

Lovely Ventana condo

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The location is great: close to Sabino Recreational Area, as well as shops and restaurants. A beautiful hiking trail is steps away. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Relaxing Tucson Escape

We truly enjoyed our stay at this relaxing retreat in Catalina Hills! We visited the condo during Thanksgiving and found our accommodations so welcoming and comfortable. The owners even treated us to a complimentary roasting pan and serving utensils, which definitely came in handy - much appreciated. Lots of games/puzzles for entertainment, nice TVs - loved the screened in patio with Mountain View. Had a nice hike nearby - neighbors were even friendly. It was a perfect escape enjoyed by our furry family and little ones in tow! Thank you!
