Hello Karen, We are sorry to hear about your experience! We are definitely going to consult our cleaners on the importance of checking the coffee filters and window sills after each guest! With our extensive rainy season this year in Tucson, more critters are out here in the desert and pest control is managed at the community complex by the HOA on a regular basis. We were happy to send out pest control again for the home, the moment it was mentioned to us during your stay. The weather stripping is being repaired before the next guest's arrival and had it been noted to us during your stay we would have gladly sent out a handyman to fix it! Pest control was completed again yesterday on the entire vacant unit to ensure it is satisfactory moving forward. Our rains are almost over for the year! We are happy to hear your enjoyed the neighborhood, and the quiet atmosphere at View at Ventana. Thank you for staying with us and again, we apologize for your experience. Thank you for your honest feedback. Your arrival was towards the end of the busy season and with many guests enjoying the home I apologize to hear the carpet was not up to the high standard we try to keep. Had we been aware that it needed a deep carpet cleaning we would have been happy to send our carpet cleaners right out. We will be getting the blinds and screens fixed right away. I am disappointed to hear dogs were barking upstairs. I understand that would be a frustrating experience. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. This has never been an issue in the past. I will reach out to the onsite condo manager and let her know of the noise disturbance.
