Charmant appartement patio - idéalement situé près de l'arboretum, du centre-ville, de l'hôpital UM

Appartement privé de niveau inférieur dans une charmante maison des années 1920 à Geddes Heights. 3 minutes à pied de l'Arboretum. Moins d'un mile de l'hôpital U-M et du campus central. Environ 1,5 km du centre-ville et du stade U-M. 2 chambres avec salle de bain privée flambant neuve.

Les clients ont leur propre entrée séparée du patio dans la chambre principale spacieuse avec un lit queen confortable; causeuse; armoires de coin intégrées pour vêtements; une chaise de lecture; et vue paisible sur une cour arrière luxuriante.

Cette chambre principale est attenante à une belle pièce secondaire baignée de lumière avec des vues similaires. Cette chambre secondaire dispose d'un lit double; petit placard; tiroirs et armoires encastrés; une chaise et une lampe pour lire.

Les deux chambres ont leur propre entrée dans un couloir à partir duquel une petite salle de bain complète nouvellement construite est accessible (douche à l'italienne, lavabo simple, sèche-cheveux fournis). Le couloir commun donne également accès à la buanderie (pour les séjours de plus de 4 jours) et aux escaliers menant aux étages supérieurs occupés par le propriétaire.

La maison est solidement construite et calme. Les chambres de l'appartement sont bien ridées pour plus d'intimité.

Parking gratuit dans la rue.

Les propriétaires sont entrants et sortants la plupart du temps, mais facilement contactés. L'appartement est accessible via un coffre-fort. Si vous souhaitez être accueilli par les propriétaires, veuillez prendre des dispositions préalables avec nous. Sinon, vous pouvez vous installer vous-même et aller et venir à votre guise.

Notez s'il vous plaît:

- Les propriétaires utilisent très occasionnellement le couloir commun pour faire la lessive et accéder aux autres chambres du premier étage. Lorsque les clients ne sont pas sur la propriété, les propriétaires utiliseront occasionnellement le patio.

- Aucun animal ne vit à la résidence et aucun animal n'est autorisé.

- Le premier étage est délicieusement frais en été. Pour les mois les plus froids, nous avons des radiateurs portatifs disponibles afin que vous puissiez contrôler individuellement la température dans chaque chambre.

- Nous avons le wifi, mais pas de télévision. Nous avons un mini-réfrigérateur, une cafetière et un micro-ondes, mais pas de cuisine.

Perfect stay in Ann Arbor

The apt is in a lovely neighborhood and has a beautiful outdoor patio which we enjoyed. The owners were kind and checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was great. The apt is actually better looking than the online photos. We would and will stay here again and again.

We loved the setting--quiet, mature trees in the neighbourhood, trails, and little traffic. The outdoor patio was a favourite afternoon reading spot.

Great spot for easy walking access to A2 attractions/events.

We loved the newly renovated bathroom and ability to do laundry. The apartment had everything needed for a pleasant stay. We were happily surprised by the frige and coffee—the listing did not prominently indicate these were included. The owners were friendly and responsive.

Quiet, cozy place in beautiful neighborhood

This is a lovely lower level unit in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet but a short and pretty walk to South campus, and right by the Arboretum. About a five minute drive to Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Very comfortable. Owners very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

From the very beginning Nan was very attentive and quick to respond to questions and needs. The property is private, the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained most of the weekend. There is a seating area on the patio that can be enjoyed.

Comfortable, no-frills guest apartment

The apartment served as a great place to stay off-campus but convenient to UM via a pleasant 15 min walk and very close to the lovely Botanical Gardens. The apartment is the ground floor/basement of a family home. It is comfortable, pleasant, no-frills, slightly worn, thoroughly clean, with friendly and communicative owners. The access lock can be a little tricky.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. To clarify for future guests: our property is on a steep slant, so the apartment itself is a walkout to a patio and has windows on three sides. Because of the slant, the bathroom is indeed in the basement, but the bedrooms are almost entirely above ground.

Oregon Ducks in Ann Arbor

If you are going to a game it is a great location! A fairly easy walk to a downtown area that has lots of food and beverages choices. It is probably .78 mile walk to this downtown area and another 1.25 mile walk from their to the game. Hosts are great people. The place is a tad rustic (Historic Home) and does not have a true kitchen, but a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The only set back is the basement area with laundry room is a shared space, therefore, you could run into hosts while using bathroom or laundry. BUT, they are wonderful and very cognoscente of of guests. Very affordable rustic place in a beautiful area near part of campus.

Visiting son at UM/Ann Arbor

It was quite last minute that my sis and I decided to drive to Ann Arbor to visit my son at UM. Given the Holiday and football we were delighted and surprised to find this accommodation. The clean 2 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance in a quiet family home worked well for us. We had our privacy as well as a sense of comfort/security being in a family home. Nan and Ian were welcoming and very attentive. It is always so nice not to have to worry about any basics including coffee! Since we stayed almost 2 weeks we made use of the washer, microwave, and mini fridge. The neighborhood is ideal within walking distance to downtown, UM and the Arboretum. Overall we loved our stay!

Central location and peaceful setting.

This homey and comfortable residence is set in an ideal location, central to all things University of Michigan and Ann Arbor. The guest entrance and patio is private and quiet and nestled in a park-like atmosphere. Nan was receptive and responsive in all aspects of communication and hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits!

When we saw this property for sale, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family for decades to come. A charming house, lovely neighborhood, great schools, a big yard, a stone's throw from the gorgeous Nichols Arboretum, walking distance to virtually everything!

Location, location, location! This area is so beautiful, and we love being so close to the Arboretum (we go there a lot!) and love being so close to everything.

The house itself was designed by a prominent local architect – it is so well-built and beautifully designed – it has all the charm that we were looking for.
