First trip to the Hamptons

Our family/group (4 adults and 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Sagaponack. The house was wonderfully sparkling upon arrival and was filled with all of the provisions needed for a week-long stay. The kids were in the pool constantly, it was large and private in the backyard area with a great Weber grill and large table for dining! The house was nicely spread out and as a few of us were having some work calls etc, there was plenty of room to find a quiet corner. Daphne, our host/owner was attentive and welcoming and was on hand for any questions. In addition, she provided us with a super list of restaurants and local recommendations to make it fun for all of us. The South Fork area is so interesting, we only scratched the surface and will need to return to explore the villages and beaches more fully. This trip was a nice alternative to another spot that we love, Nantucket! Thank you Daphne for a memorable experience! Noble Family

We had a great week! The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for our family of 4 and visitors. We enjoyed sitting at the large pool and alternating trips to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. Daphne was a great host.

Amazing property!

Daphne was an excellent host who was able to accommodate our group for a last minute off-season trip to the Hamptons. The property is in excellent condition and in the perfect location, and Daphne was very responsive throughout the weekend with any questions we had. We would love to rent again!

Family reunion

The house was immaculate and more spacious than we expected. The host, Daphne, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had about her home. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone as the location was ideal to be in Sagaponack for a birthday celebration as Wolffer vineyard and other destinations that were part of the celebration were all a minute away. Everyone agreed it was a GREAT find for us.

Great property in Bridgehampton

Daphne was very responsive in communicating with us right before our rental. The house was clean, new and in excellent condition. Daphne gave excellent directions on how to use the pool heater, the HVAC was easy to operate and zoned properly and the music (SONOS) and AV (Harmony) were super easy also. The large great room is much nicer than what appears on the photos. It's a great hang out room. The backyard was nice and pool toys, lounges, etc., were excellent. If I had suggestions it would be that not every room had conditioner and shampoo, but that's easily fixed. We are pretty discerning travelers and this place is actually better than the photos. It worked out great for our family.

Best house I’ve rented on vrbo

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The home was very clean, which is super important to me. The design and comfort of the home were exceptional: four bedrooms, 3 full baths, with comfortable and spacious living areas and dining areas both indoors and outdoors. The house was very well equipped with everything you'd need for the beach and pool, kitchen items, grilling equipment etc. The location was very convenient. I could get to the ocean beaches and bay beaches quickly, to the towns of Bridgehampton, Wainscott, Sag Harbor all very quickly and only a little further to East Hampton and Southhampton. The host Daphne was a dream to work with. Very communicative, flexible, accommodating. I would 100 percent recommend this home to a friend and my husband and I already say we can't wait to return!

Hamptons Fall Getaway

Daphne was an amazing host and everything was first class. The house is very cute, well stocked and a great locations walking distance to Wolffer and a short drive to multiple towns. We had a wonderful fall weekend. Definitely returning soon!

An absolute oasis!

My girlfriends and I booked this home for the weekend to celebrate a big milestone, and it was the absolute perfect place to do so. The home was spotless and well appointed and exactly how it appears in the listing. The homeowner was so lovely and responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. The location too! Just a short drive from the beach, town of Bridgehampton and numerous wineries, the location couldn’t be beat. I have zero complaints or regrets about choosing this home and we loved it so much we are already discussing rebooking it for a summer getaway!

This is our third summer in a row renting from Daphne. It is a lovely property, fabulous layout in an ideal location. Daphne is immediately responsive to any needs we have. I highly recommend this rental.

Welcome Summer 2021

34 Toppings Path is a true gem. The house and property are impeccable and Daphne made it a perfect place to be. The home is as pictured but even more comfortable. The pool and outdoor space made it so we never wanted to be inside. The location near the best restaurants, Woelffer and Sagg Main beach could not be any better. I highly recommend this property.

A fantastic home, bright, clean and a super responsive host!

We loved every moment at Daphne's beautiful home! The pictures accurately showed the spacious living room and bright, airy feeling. The home was incredibly clean and Daphne responded to any questions we had in minutes (even early on a Sunday morning)! Our children had plenty of space to play and we all enjoyed cuddling around the inviting or watching movies together in the TV room. The TV room had the most comfortable sofas with a large TV and every channel we could imagine. Each family member had their own bathroom and we also found a fully equipped kitchen. We can't wait to stay at this home again sometime soon!

What a Delight!

I cannot say enough about this charming, comfortable home. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. The style, decor, candles! It was just perfect. Daphne is a gracious host and made us feel welcomed. I bonded with my children, I pleasure read, I napped! (Never happens!) It felt like home. My girls swam everyday. They laughed and played and forgot that they missed their friends. Thankful for this gift during uncertain times.

Wonderful stay in Sagaponack

We had a great time staying in Daphne’s lovely home. The property is very well maintained and the home is super clean with a comfortable, beachy design aesthetic. The owners took great care to ensure we were happy with the accommodations and they were incredibly responsive to questions or any issues. I would definitely rent this home again.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend!!

We loved our stay at Daphne's house! It is a very well designed house with lots of open space. Key highlights: - 4 beds and 3 baths - Big sun room to watch movies with Sonos speakers - Private heated pool (saltwater) - Kitchen had everything necessary to cook - Outside dining area - Wolffer vineyard is a 2 min drive where you can do a picnic with your group Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Perfect chic beach house!

We have rented for many years in Sagaponack and this was one of our favorite homes. It is newly renovated and well stocked. The decor is chic, modern and perfectly styled yet comfortable for a family. It is also well located - close to the towns of Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Wolffer Vineyard and Sagg Main beach etc. The owner is extremely professional and responsive. I had a wonderful stay with my family and could not recommend more highly.

Exceptional vacation rental

We returned to Daphne's condo recently and thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. The unit is immaculate and we again found the kitchen and washer/dryer very handy. The neighborhood is truly amazing - fun playgrounds for kids, nice paths along the water for walking or bicycling, grocery store and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Aquabus (one minute walk from the building) was such a convenient and fun way to get to Granville Island and Science World. The view from the condo is forever captivating. The pool in the building is beautiful and very much appreciated by all of us. I cannot imagine a better place for a vacation in Vancouver. Thank you Daphne and we look forward to our next visit.

Perfect for family with young children

We have stayed at numerous places in Vancouver (hotels, other VRBO properties) and this is our favorite so far. I could repeat what the other reviewers have said, but thought instead, I’d share what my daughter (who is four) loved most. First, there is a playground within 1 minute walk to the condo. A nice introduction to the neighborhood for her. There is another playground within a few minutes walk, and it is under a big bridge. This is actually really handy for rainy Pacific Northwest. She was very excited to find a somewhat dry playground when it's drizzling out. Second, there is a skytrain station within 10 minutes walk for her. It makes a day trip by skytrain possible with her. Third, the indoor pool in the building was a big hit. She was looking forward to having a dip in the pool after breakfast in the mornings. The neighborhood is very nice and family friendly. Lots of people walking, jogging, bicycling. The condo itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. Last but not least, nothing beats seeing the aquabus ferry in the calm False Creek on a sunny morning out the window. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

So close to everything (in the middle of the east end) – easy access to all Hampton towns, top restaurants and shops, but also a secluded world away from the party scene, and close to one of the most beloved beaches in the Hamptons (Sagg Main Beach).
