We stayed in this apartment for almost a month in March-April 2011. My toddler son and I explored the city while my husband was working with colleagues at SFU. We loved being in Yaletown, so close to so many restaurants, a walk/bike path around the harbor, and other sights in downtown Vancouver. On weekdays, I would take my son to story time at the library, playtime at the Roundhouse Community Center, swimming in a toddler pool at the Vancouver Aquatic Center, or one of many playgrounds nearby. All were in walking distance, though on rainy days, we just hopped on a bus. The public transport system is phenomenal.
In addition to all the things to do in Vancouver (and the apartment's convenient location to them all), we made much use of the fabulous fitness center in the building, especially the pool, hot tub and bowling alley. The facility is clean and modern.
The apt is tastefully decorated, functional, clean and very new. The bathroom and kitchen are especially nice. Lots of morning sun. The owner let us borrow a high chair, pack n play crib, stroller and toys/books so that was really nice. The owner was always responsive to our needs, and always very helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apt to others and have no regrets staying here for a month.
