As promised and more

This property was amazing and our kids and grandkids loved it. The house was incredibly spacious with room to spare. Well appointed and I can't think of a convenience we didn't have available to us. The icing on this yummy cake was our host; Jay. He could not have been more responsive and helpful. He also recommended a boat rental that was the highlight of our trip. The town is very cute and trendy. If you are looking for more of a beach vibe, Montauk isn't very far away. Oh, and the winery and Friday night wine and music was great. We had a lovely time; all the way down to the 8 year old!

Girls Weekend

Everything about Jay's home was amazing. The backyard was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang and sleep. Even Jay was great too. He was so accommodating during our stay, he even helped us unpack our car when we arrived. We will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend.

Loved this property!

Property is very spacious! Kids had an amazing time as well as our parents. We enjoyed fun game nights in the pool, in the house and on the basketball court!! J was amazing in guiding us around the area. House was fully stocked with everything you could want or think of! Beds were super comfy and house was overall comfy! We look forward to staying at this property again!

A Wise Choice!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hamptons estate. It was a beautiful, property with more amenities than we could have ever hoped for. Not only was it beautiful, extremely private, well kept and comfortable, but all of our communication with J throughout booking and our stay was impeccable. We felt so comfortable knowing that we had a host who truly cared about us, our safety and our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Hamptons area! Will definitely be in touch next summer for another stay! :)

Fantastic property!

The owners could not have been nicer. Great communication and they have thought of everything! Floats for the pool, outdoor and indoor games, basketball court, zip line, gym, etc. Of course the pool was amazing and there's plenty of seating/entertaining areas. The boys loved watching soccer and hockey from the pool or the covered porch area. There's even a basket of towels by the back door for the pool. Close to the Wolffer Estate and downtown Sag/Bridgehampton. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Christmas

Enjoyed our stay as J was a terrific host. He is an excellent communicator - checked in with us before during and after our stay. Made a great recommendation for catering Christmas dinner - Sunflower Catering and Laura Costas were amazing. Had a bunch of “foodies” at our table and her food, detail on directions for heating as well as the quality were outstanding! J’s place had everything that was needed, very clean and will definitely consider staying here again.

Weekend Getaway

House was great, fit 12 (adults) comfortably. A lot of amenities, which was perfect when we had rainy weather. The host was fantastic. He was in touch before the stay and helped us with setting up a private chef and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. We were able to check in early and he allowed us a late check out as well. Very a accommodating and was in touch with us throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

Amazing getaway spot!

Went out east with 5 families including 5 young kids under 4 and had an amazing time. Property was clean and beautiful and the perfect size for our party. Barely had a reason to leave! Jay was super helpful and responsive quickly to text messages and calls as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Very attentive owner and happy to help at any instance. Needed to stay a little longer for my flight and pushed the maid service back. Would highly recommend this place and the owner. Amazing experience. 10/10

Lovely, comfortable house and amazing host!

Jay is an incredible VRBO host, the nicest and most communicate I've ever experienced! The home itself is comfortable, well-appointed and fun. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it's an awesome pool and the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and private. The rooms were comfortable, we appreciated the temperature control and the arcade games were super fun! Fun, unique home. Highly recommend especially for families. It's within distance to some great restaurants and Wolffer's vineyard, too.

Ladies Getaway!

We had our annual trip at this property and what an amazing time we all had. The location is fantastic and the house/backyard offer the perfect backdrop to have fun and relax. The owner is by far the nicest and easiest person we have ever dealt with. A very comfortable and joyous stay. I plan on coming back with the entire family. You can not go wrong here.

Great Family House

Our family gathered from far and wide to spend Thanksgiving together and the house was better than we could have hoped. If you are looking for a centrally located, beautiful house with a spacious amazing backyard and fun pool area, this is the property for you. Your vacation is sacred so we offer a compound of privacy, seclusion and serenity.
This particular house is a Hampton's beach vacation home owned by one family. It is a vacation house not a business, so as such we offer it to other families as more of an expense payer. We are very diligent in making sure it is well maintained, clean and kept in excellent condition. We feel it's best for both parties that their privacy is first and foremost. We feel it's best to offer the property in a private and discreet manner. It's nobody else's business but yours.

Should you look to occupy the house for a longer period of time, we are happy to provide you with past references.
This particular property has been offered in the past for purely long term situations. Our feeling is that honestly, transparency and privacy are virtues that protect both the landlord and tenant.
There is not doubt in our minds that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the house and the fantastic location. Usually the pool and hot tub is limited to the seasonal months of mid May to the later part of September weather permitting.


Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

House & Property Policies: No smoking in the house anywhere. Ash trays are located on the front and rear porches. Please do not flick butts on the lawn or in the wooded area as they may cause a fire. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Express written approval by homeowner required. This covers tenants and their guests. No parties or functions allowed at the house during any part of the stay unless express written approval from homeowner is granted. Pool & hot tub are closed during the winter months. No posting of signs, balloons, etc. at the front entrance gates of the property. Tenant & their guests agree not to touch any wires/cables behind the components and cable boxes. The great room utilizes a universal remote that controls all the functions on various house devices. If any wire or cable is tampered with you will lose your deposit should a technician’s service call be required. Please keep outside noise and music volumes to a minimum especially in the early evening. If there are any noise complaints or issues with neighbors your deposit will be forfeited. When driving on our street please do NOT speed leading up to the house or up the driveway. This is very dangerous as people may be taking a walk or out with their pets. This also causes damage to the driveway. Excessive garbage pickup and pool propane heat may be deducted from the security deposit and balance returned post stay. Moving of furniture or redecorating is not allowed. Standing on or dancing on any furniture is strictly forbidden. If pets are authorized for longer stay tenants, they must be walked in the rear woods of the property not the front/back grass areas. Please curb your pet where ever you are on the property. Additional fees may be added if there is excessive dog hair clean or any type of other pet mess clean up required inside or outside. No dogs allowed in pool under any circumstance. Hot tub must be covered after each use. Be aware when using hot tub of noise.
