Excellent Experience

We have made a summer getaway to this place for the past several years, and each time has been excellent. The homeowners offer a welcoming, cozy, and clean environment. We love the access to the pool and how close the property is to Seven Springs and Ohiopyle.

Great ski trip housing option

property manager was available and had good communication throughout stay. location was very convenient to ski resort, with traveling accommodations with a shuttle. We had a group of 11 people stay and it was spacious enough for all of us to coexist in the living space. steep narrow windy staircase to the 2nd floor lol but overall, had.a great, clean stay.

Amazing Stay within 7springs resort

We had an amazing stay at the 7 Springs rental with a group of 13 people! The house was perfect, offering plenty of space for everyone and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shuttle service was a standout feature – it was convenient, quick, and made getting around the resort a breeze. We truly felt taken care of throughout our trip. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great place to stay with a large group!

Another excellent stay

This is our fourth time vacationing at this location, and we could not be happier with our experience. Such a quiet and cozy place to spend time with the family and just a short drive away from Ohiopyle and other great natural sites.

7 springs ski trip

I have stayed here at this condo for several years. It is a great location with a view of the ski slopes. There is a shuttle bus to transport us to and from the slopes. The condo was clean and kitchen was supplied with all needed utensils.

Perfect Family Condo

Another great weekend at 7springs.

The condo is in a great location for all the activities at 7 Springs resorts. The shuttle is a great addition to being able for everyone to travel back and forth to the resort.

Great location

The location is great with shuttle to Seven Springs. The property is basic but meet our needs, great value for the location and size. The bunk room is fun for the kids. Will definitely come back

Best place to stay and ski on PA

This is a great property to bring the hole family. There is a large dining room/ living room area where the hole family can congregate.

Christmas 2024

The property was spacious and well-stocked in the kitchen, although the condo was dated. We could have used more towels and paper products such as toilet paper. We had to make up the bunk beds ourselves which was not easy especially since the sheets were not fitted. There were a lot of stairs which was disclosed in the description. The shuttle to the resort was handy and came frequently.

Book this for your next Seven Springs getaway!

This townhome is a perfect location to Seven Springs resort. A five minute drive from door to door. Lots of room and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. It was nice to have all the comforts of home, such as pots, pans, wine glasses, towels, sheets. There was even a closet full of games. Would definitely stay again!!

Great price and location

There were 2 families staying here and we had plenty of room. We could probably have fit another family. Easy access to slopes with the shuttle right outside the door. Very clean and comfortable. Condo has not been updated, but the price is very affordable and reflects that. We will be staying here again and I definitely recommend.

PERFECT GETAWAY WEEKEND

My wife, kids & I, along with another family and their kids spent this past weekend here for a ski trip. The first comment my wife made was how immaculate the place was! We have done long-term rentals at various places in 7 Springs over the years and I must say how impressed we were. With plenty of space for 2 families, totally stocked kitchen, prime location, and a shuttle stop right outside our front door, we couldn't have been more pleased with this place!!! Will definitely book here again and would highly recommend it!

great ski location

Great spot for a larger group to ski. Easy shuttle service to 7 springs. We had 2 families and more than enough room. We could have had 4 more people stay and still be comfortable. Property manager was helpful & quick to respond. Condo is outdated, but the price reflects this--great bargain if looking for a nice spot to stay for a ski trip. We were comfortable and you can't beat the price and location. We have stayed twice, and will when we return to 7 springs.

Great for week long stay

Several friends and I stayed here for a week while attending an event at 7 Springs. After some initial reservations about the spiral staircase, we had a great time all week. The climate control was only needed for a few nights, but the dehumidifying aspect was greatly appreciated, as the weather was quite humid. The kitchen is much nicer and newer than the house that I currently rent and everything was in great shape. The 9 of us never had a lack of hot water or pressure for everyone who wanted one to take a shower in the morning. Overall the best experience I have had with a property at 7 Springs (this was my 4th year here).

Our March Stay

Overall, the property was great. It was well-equipped and had everything that we needed. The only downfall was the spiral staircase going up to the second floor. I should have read reviews more prior to booking since that wasn't disclosed in the listing. We made it work as we had all adults with us, but that staircase would make me rethink booking in the future. Other than that, everything was great and the owner was very quick to respond to messages!! Overall, we had a really great stay. The shuttle was very convenient and a super short ride to the lodge.

Very Rough

In looking at the photos it appeared the place was "rustic" but it actually was MUCH more rough, dirty and old than the pictures and description revealed. The kitchen cabinets had gross food smudges on them and dishes looked dirty and some were chipped. The wood furniture in the master bedroom was very dusty and gross. The balcony was dirty. The cabinets in the master bathroom were all chipped off. there was a constant smell of something burning in the hallway leading up to the front door and you could smell it from the living room area as well. Overall it was very uncomfortable for us as older adults with our adult children. This MAY be ok for a large group of 25 year olds who don't really care about the cleanliness or age of the place and just want a place to bunk after skiing. Otherwise, steer clear! Way too much money for such dilapidation.

Very decent rental in great area

Place was represented well with descriptions and pics. It is very conveniently located and has shuttle service to the resort. The pool is a short walk (uphill) and golf course with clubhouse serving drinks and food also within walking distance. Stocked kitchen was helpful for cooking. Minor cleaning issues. Overall very good.

Good, but not great stay.

The place was easy to find and the owner is quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen very well stocked and we had everything needed for our stay. However, for the price, there were a couple pieces that missed the mark for our expectations. First the bunk beds are not made up. I get it as those probably aren’t used all the time and that saves on linen costs, but I don’t pay these rates to make our own beds. Second, there were 3 wash cloths in the entire condo. It drives me crazy when a place advertises how many they sleep and then don’t have linens to match. Third is against the HOA. They have a ridiculous rule about renters not using the fireplace. There is a photo showing the fireplace in use so I assumed this was available. It is my fault for not reading the rental rules when I received them and if I had, I would have cancelled this rental based on inability to use the fireplace. Just something about going skiing and coming back to a nice fire afterwards that is appealing to us. We’ve stayed at Swiss Mountain properties previously and will return there just for the fireplace option. If you don’t care about a fireplace, this unit is very sufficient and will likely meet your needs.
