In the heart of a quarter inhabited all year round, this pleasant new, modern and fully equipped house can accommodate 8 people.
It has all the necessary comfort whether in terms of kitchen equipment, or quality of services, including furniture and its exterior and interior accessories.
You can enjoy 70 m² of wooden terrace, as well as a 100 m² fully enclosed lawned garden.
A large teak table on the south-facing terrace can accommodate 8 to 10 people where you can enjoy pleasant meals, sheltered by an umbrella.
A high quality inflatable and heated outdoor spa is available in July and August.
An outdoor solar shower is available in the garden to cool off or rinse off your surf gear that you can leave in the garden.
Bed linen is provided, towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
4 tablecloths, dish cloths are provided.
All furniture, equipment and mattresses are new and of high quality. Particular care is given to the cleanliness of the house and the elements that compose it.
A concierge service is included with the rental of the house: Anne-Sophie will take care of you and contact you before and during the rental.
She will pass twice a week to monitor the quality of the SPA water.
For people who do not know the area well, or for personal convenience, she will help you before your arrival for bicycle rental, booking of surf lessons, hiking, etc. She is at your disposal to help you spend a pleasant holiday without constraint of reservations.
With supplement directly from the concierge: babysitting, cleaning during and at the end of the stay, etc.
