Esta espaciosa casa cuenta con 3 niveles con 4 dormitorios, una sala de juegos, un refugio para niños.

El primer nivel cuenta con un patio cubierto con hermosos paisajes y un Giant Swim Spa.
El segundo nivel cuenta con las áreas de estar principales, el dormitorio principal y el cuarto de lavado.

Esta hermosa casa de playa ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada que está lista para comidas rápidas o para cenas. La cocina ofrece encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, estufa de vidrio y muchos gabinetes. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, electrodomésticos de cocina, vajilla y cristalería. Esta hermosa cocina se completa con una isla de cuarzo con capacidad para 4 personas.

La cocina se abre a la zona de comedor y sala de estar.

El comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas.

La zona de estar está totalmente equipada con cómodos asientos, una gran televisión de pantalla plana y un sofá cama.

El segundo piso tiene fácil acceso a un balcón equipado con mecedoras para su disfrute.

El dormitorio principal es espacioso, con una cómoda cama king size y un baño con ducha a ras de suelo, lavabo doble y tocador doble, inodoro separado y vestidor.

El tercer nivel presenta el segundo dormitorio principal, 2 dormitorios y el refugio para niños.

Ofrecemos una mesa de ping pong y un juego de tejo para su disfrute.

¡El retiro de los niños te espera! Completo con un sofá cama, televisión de pantalla plana, juegos, playstation, libros y mucho más. El refugio para niños ofrece un espacio divertido para los niños.

El segundo maestro tiene una cómoda cama Queen y un baño privado con ducha.

El dormitorio 3 tiene dos camas matrimoniales. Dormitorio 4 tiene una cama queen size con acceso a un balcón privado. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un baño en el pasillo que ofrece una combinación de ducha / bañera.

Todo para acomodar cómodamente a 14 huéspedes.

El acceso al ascensor puede estar disponible SOLAMENTE si se aprueba y es necesario.

Disfrute de cenas informales al aire libre bajo la terraza cubierta con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas también.

Fairly good overall. Had a largeCockroach and a few other small bugs during our stay. Lower Baseboards on the walls in 1/2 bath and laundry room wereMissing for some reason. Overall it was a good stay.

We understand that seeing bugs can be unpleasant, though it's worth noting that during the summer months in coastal areas like this one, occasional sightings of roaches or small insects can happen even with regular pest control. We've passed this along to our team to reinforce preventative measures. Regarding the missing baseboards, we’ve also flagged that for correction. Awesome place awesome location

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for our group of 10. We had some noise from the inconsiderate neighbors that kept us awake a couple of late nights but they graciously allowed us another day and a late checkout! It was perfect for our needs. We can’t wait to come back and give the property and management a glowing review.

Perfect Location!

My parents rented this house for 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 children. The house is beautiful, functional and the kids loved the swim spa and game room! It had a convenient location with a 2 min walk to the beach and short walk to many shops and restaurants.

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing

The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

Great place, great location

You need no worries about staying at this beautiful property. Super convenient location to beach access, walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the amenities are awesome. Game room and hot tub gave us an additional lower level of fun!! (My only negative would be the carpet is worn and in need of updating) Other than that - Walk in, drop your bags and ENJOY!

Best house ever

We have rented many houses over the years. This house was absolutely awesome! It was perfect in every way. It was so well stocked, it had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was huge. The location was great. We could not have asked for more. I just can’t say enough good words about this place. I fell in love.

Second to none!

Location is the best, beautiful, quiet and clean beach. The town home is spacious for our family of 12. The kitchen had decent cooking items, they left us extra cleaning products and extra kitchen towels, nice touch! All in all, we love everything about this place, highly recommend. The agent was very nice and attentive, Heidi was second to none.... thanks much!

Perfect beach house

This house is perfect for families with small children. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson with us and the fenced back yard with artificial grass was perfect for them to play on. The swim spa was even better than having a pool because of the warm temperature. The beach was a very short walk, sonic we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal to run back for it. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We will definitely be back!
