Thank you for your review! Glad the short walk to the gondola and the cozy, roomy layout worked well for your family. Happy the king bed was comfortable. We appreciate the note about the other beds for taller guests and will keep that in mind. The pools and hot tubs do look inviting — sorry you didn’t get a chance to enjoy them. We’d be happy to host you again.

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you had a great stay and found the condo to be comfortable, with convenient ski lockers. We appreciate your mention of the ski-in experience and will work on making that process clearer for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another great trip!

We are so happy to hear you loved the condo and really enjoyed your stay with Retreatia in Steamboat Springs! We hope you stay with us again in the future!

It sounds like the condo had a lot of positives, especially with the comfy beds and a decent kitchen! The ski-in/ski-out access can definitely be a bit of a challenge if the trek back is flat or narrow, but great to hear the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I bet the convenience of being close to the slopes made up for the slight trek. Would you recommend it for someone looking for a more peaceful, less crowded experience, or would you suggest it for a specific type of traveler?

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the beautiful views and your time on the slopes. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the bathroom cleanliness and the door frame. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing these concerns with our team to ensure they’re resolved. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again for an improved experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry the condo and common areas didn’t meet your expectations and felt disappointing. We aim to show accurate photos and will review the listing visuals and description to ensure they reflect the unit’s current condition. I’ve also shared your comments about the elevator and lobby with our on-site team so they can address any issues. Regarding slope access, that can be limited by snow conditions — I’m sorry this affected your plans. I’m glad the shuttle was helpful. If you’re open to sharing any additional details or photos, please send a message through your Vrbo reservation so we can follow up. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us—we’re glad you enjoyed the property and the mountain views! We’re truly sorry about the ski-in/ski-out trail being closed due to spring conditions. We understand how important that feature is, and we’ll make sure future guests are more clearly informed when seasonal changes affect access. Also, we appreciate the note about the hot tub hours—we agree it would be nice to enjoy it a little later and will pass that along to the management team. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better conditions!
