A nice kitchen with most amenities to cook meals, a nice size dinning room, there is a bathroom on the main floor, and a primitive toilet, shower and sink in the unfinished basement, washer and dryer which are located in the basement as well. This home sleeps 12.
This home is located in the highly desirable Morton Meadows and just minutes from the UNMC Med Center, UNO, a few minutes (5-10) to the Henry Doorly Zoo, Creighton, Old Market, TD Ameritrade Park, Midtown Crossing, Union Pacific and the Blackstone District.
There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance, ( I recommend Hyvee) Star Bucks, and restaurants with in a few blocks.
There are 2 Security cameras outside. One on the Garage and on the porch.
