CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. Additional parking passes may be available during certain times of the year. If you need a pass for a third vehicle you can purchase this onsite at the Building front desk (subject to parking availability). Parking pass fees may change at any time without notice.

This condo is located on the bay in Orange Beach, but a very short walk, bike ride, trolley ride, or you can even drive over to the beach! At Caribe you get to enjoy the best of all worlds in Orange Beach! Bay, boating and beach life!

Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s Senior Spring Break! This was our 2nd stay at Caribe, first time in this condo. We love the resort amenities, cleanliness & friendly staff! We love the Orange Beach area with stores & restaurants so close by! This condo was very clean & had lots of space for 6 of us! We definitely plan to return here, as this has become one of our favorite vacation spots!!

End of Summer vacation

Hard not to enjoy the Caribe Resort with the wide variety of activities that are free of charge, multiple large pools and close to the beach. This was our 2nd trip and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time and we will be back.

The room was very clean and spacious! We are a family of 4 and had a family of 5 staying with us there was plenty of room for the kids to play and no one be on top of each other! The pool with slides is also great for families with kids!! Will definitely be back!

The condo is very nice and spacious. The resort has so much to offer for everyone.

We were notified 10 days prior our arrival and after any cancellation options that the main pool and lazy river were closed. The nice view from condo over looks those pools and they weren’t just closed they are under a major deck renovation. I’m sure is will be nice for future visitors but had a dismal effect on our stay.

Condo great! A lot of the perks at the property was broken!

Condo was amazing, clean and equipped! The property was a bit discouraging, several hot tubs not working, lazy river wasn’t working, the trolley for those that couldn’t make the walk to the beach was quit a wait because there was only one trolley running due to the rest of them being broke down!

Loved this condo!

Beautiful and spacious for a big family to move around! Perfect view of the beautiful pools and the Gulf. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware, which was a huge plus! The only suggestion I have is that the bedrooms, near the front door, need shutters or blackout curtains. The hallway was bright and the blinds couldn’t block all the light. Other than that, this condo was perfect! I still give it 5 stars!

Great Orange Beach Condo!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Caribe Resort. The condo was a perfect location in the heart of Orange Beach, very clean, and spacious. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently located near the front door of Building C and a short walk to the condo. Some of our favorite amenities: excellent balcony view of the Gulf on floor 8, three bedrooms & three bathrooms (great for privacy when needed), we loved the resort mini golf / basketball court / pickleball courts. Only a few cons: the toilets don't flush well, bedroom blankets & pillows are very thin, and indoor pools are quite old & need renovation. Overall tho, we would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Great value for what you get!

Shabby, worn and dirty furniture. Bare minimum when it comes to cooking & eating utensils. Old electric cooktop. This condo has the absolute bare minimum of essentials. It’s apparent that there is very little money put back into the upkeep of this condo!

We liked the spacious room and the room pictures on VRBO were accurate to what it really looked like. We had trouble with all 3 toilets “running” but after maintenance came twice, two of them were fixed. It was very disappointing that the main pool that was below us was closed for construction the whole time as well as the lazy River. We were not informed of this until i sent a note to them after reading a recent review on VRBO. :( We heard construction noise from 7 am to 7 pm all 7 days. Otherwise the other pools were nice and the tram driver was great. Also you had to drive in order to get to any shopping or restaurant ( there was an excellent restaurant on site but was very busy and s little pricy)

Nice condo, great amenities

We enjoyed our stay at the Caribe resort for fall break 2022. One thing to know and be prepared for is the lack of dressers (really any type of furniture with drawer space). Be prepared to hang your clothes in the closets and the rest remain in your suitcase so bring hangers. The toilet in the master bathroom did not flush well and my husband had to fix it multiple times to keep it from running constantly (he is a great handyman). The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans for cooking. The outdoor pools were all way too cold to swim (which I found unusual for early October) but the indoor pools and hot tubs were great. Communication with the resort for check in/check out was simple and clear.

So much fun

We had a wonderful time in the pools, hot tubs and watching the sun/sets and rises. Good access to the beach, easy access to area shopping and restaurants. The complex was having some minor work performed but in did not affect our stay at all. The unit itself was clean, well maintained and stocked for all our needs. We will go back!

We loved the condo but was very disappointed in the Caribe overall. The grounds were not clean and maintained. We’ve stayed many times in the past and noticed the quality of the resort has gone downhill.

Amazing Stay!!

This condo has so many pluses++++! Great kitchen, great beds and THREE full baths! The condo’s assigned parking space is PRIME real estate. Basketball, tennis and pools, water slides, a marina!! We have a new Orange Beach favorite destination. And I didn’t mention the 24/7 message system anytime I had a question. Alabama Getaways staff were super to answer. Your family will love the Caribe Resort.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Family of 5 who really enjoyed our stay here. The resort was fun with many pool options and other activities to do. Our condo was amazing and I would book it again! So much space, environment is clean and inviting and you can't beat the large balcony. Thank you for the positive experience!
