Beautiful Condo

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was very nice. Thank goodness they have amazing pools because the walk to the beach is too much when you are carrying all of your stuff. My kids loved the Lazy River as did I. We will be staying here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Michigan to Orange Beach

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Phoenix VI

I stayed at Phoenix VI while the rest of my family were at Turquoise Place. To say there is no comparison between the two properties is putting it mildly. The Phoenix VI is grossly outdated and in terrible need of some updating. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but so dated that I was embarrassed to have my family join me there. The only great feature were the beach views from the balcony and of course fact that the property was on the beach.

Booking charges

Had to make 2 trips to Liquid Life for key and they still didn't work. Had to make 3rd trip to another condo to get rekeyed. And in addition to what was shown as the total charges, another $100+ was charged by VRBO

Great views, comfy beds, excellent value

First time renting with Liquid Life and first visit to Caribe. The unit was clean upon arrival and exactly as expected, based on the listing. Pros: ample communication from the rental agency prior to check in and throughout our stay, great location within the complex, designated parking spot, helpful on site staff, washer & dryer in unit, well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage throughout. Cons: cheap re-issued key cards easily de-activate (DO NOT place the key cards near cell phones! We weren't warned of this when we checked in and, as a result, locked ourselves out one day.), bar area fridge and ice maker were "out of service" and obviously had been for quite some time, housekeeping staff showed up an hour before our check out time. Some notes about Caribe: It's a large resort and very crowded during high season. Lots of activities on property for kids and families, as well as a fantastic restaurant and marina adjacent. If you want a chair or table on the pool deck, you'll have to claim it early in the AM. Single entrance and exit to the complex, so getting in & out can take some time. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would return again.

The room was very clean. I would recommend hooks in the secondary room for hanging towels and/or clothes. Our keys did not work at check-in, so we had to go to the front desk to have them reset. The view of both the ICW and the gulf was very satisfying. The pool was enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a littleDissatisfied with the stay this time. The bedding was dirty we had to wash before even sleeping.There was no toilet paper in the dispensers at all and we got in late and Walmart was closed soWe couldn’t get any until the next day. There were roaches all in saunas and around hot tubs so we couldn’t even use. When returning my keys on Friday morning upon coming into the lobby two customer service reps sitting there just looked at me no friendliness hey good morning nothing...
