The apartment is located on the second floor of a 70s building, has 2 bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a wrought iron bed and a puff that becomes a bed. It has air conditioning, television, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and is newly renovated, with bathroom and kitchen and new furniture, is in front of the beach but at 50 meters there is the first establishment
bathing. It is a quarter of an hour walk from the square of Porto Recanati, the area is served by supermarket, children's newsstand, pine forest and
beach for dogs. The linen is included in the price (even the whole bathrobes
new),. Parking in that area is not a problem.

Zona strategica

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Terrazza stupenda, molto spaziosa. Zona tranquilla, alla fine della camminata del lungo mare di fronte spiaggia libera con sabbia. Noemi sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Noemi, e lei è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile con noi! Il terrazzo sul mare è fantastico e la casa dotata di ogni comfort e molto pulita. Ci è piaciuta moltissimo anche la zona, quindi se possibile ci torneremo sicuramente e la consiglio vivamente a tutti!
