We had a wonderful stay here - a stunning pool and so quiet and peaceful. Javier is very easy to deal with and responsive. It’s a fantastic location within walking distance to an excellent local supermarket. Lots of beaches within a short car ride.

Fantastic Villa & location

We were looking for a nice villa for a relaxing holiday and it was perfect. The villa and pool area is spacious, great kitchen for cooking, good sized rooms and everything worked! There is a small supermarket in walking distance and a larger one a short 5 minute drive away. We were able to get everything we needed to bunker down and relax, enjoy the weather and dip in the pool. Ideal for a family holiday

Brilliant villa and pool! We stayed during the heatwave - air conditioning would be a real advantage, but ceiling fans worked well in the two main bedrooms. Pool and BBQ area are fantastic, villa rooms are large, great lounge and kitchen. We’ll come back for sure!

Beautiful Villa

We have stayed in the area for the past 20 years and this was by far the best villa in terms of space , equipment and pool area. our only criticism, would be ceiling fans in all bedrooms as it was particularly hot at night (heatwave in Spain) and would have been a welcome relief. Thank you Javi for all your help and for letting us stay in your lovely villa. Hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful, comfortable and very private villa

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of May and in to June 2024. The villa has 4 very good sized bedrooms with plenty of space for clothes etc… The 2 bathrooms were also big with great showers and a bathtub upstairs. There was a well equipped and easy to use kitchen. There is a big lounge and dinning area and utility. The best bit of the villa is the pool area and gardens. It is all very well maintained and very private. The villa owner came to meet us at Villa shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay. It was our first time at the this villa and won’t be our last. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay with friends

I came away with 6 other friends and stayed in this beautiful villa. Everything was very smooth, it is slightly hard to find when you arrive but the host sent all the details so it wasn’t a problem. Anything we needed the host provided. Bring mosquito spray as there were a lot of them around the pool at night, we spent most nights eating out there as it was so beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy the evening. All rooms apart form one had a fan but I am sure the host would be able to provide another one if needed. The host really was great and we will definitely be returning to this villa soon! It’s great value for money too.

Perfect location and spacious house and gardens.

I chose this house for its location which is absolutely perfect for getting anywhere, local brilliant shop a 5 min walk, San Lluis town 5 minute drive, beautiful liitle coves and beach 10-15 mins away. Have also stayed in another property managed by Javier down the road which is very similar but smaller. I love this place and have only couple of things that would make the stay much better, which would be to add ceiling fans to all the rooms rather than just the top two bedrooms. that would be the first thing to make things more comfortable there as well as help keep away flys and mozzies. Also, sadly we had an incident with the flag stones around the pool where they were lifting up slightly making it easy to trip up. My elderly father sliced a big chunk of skin off his big toe badly on this, which ended up with an infection and a few visits to the hospital and clinics afterwards, this is definitely something that should be addressed soon I think. Otherwise, This is a stunning property and location on the island that I have been coming to for 50 years. Oh, also, be very careful driving out of the drive onto the road as visibility is really bad there, a mirror opposite would help as that can be really dangerous. Apart from these few things, totally perfect! x

Schöner Ort für Freunde und Familien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien sehr genossen. Vor allem der große Pool mit dem Aussenbereich war toll. Die große Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen kochen ein. Von der Villa ist man schnell an verschiedenen schönen Stränden bzw. Buchten. Der Supermarkt im Ort bietet alles was man braucht.

Tolles Haus mit riesigem Pool und Garten

Perfekt für einen urlaub mit Freunden und Familie. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Super tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Man ist unbedingt auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Süßer Ort mit schönem Ortskern. Nah zum Flughafen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Große Zimmer. Die Türen und Fenster klemmen manchmal ein bisschen, das ist der einzige Mangel am Haus. Keine Klimaanlage. Super großer Pool mit großem Grill und Outdooressbereich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auch wieder kommen. Der Preis ist angemessen, beziehungsweise ein bisschen zu hoch angesetzt. Menorca und die Gegend rund um Mahon sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Une belle maison de famille

Une maison très accueillante, large, ouverte, nous étions 7 et avons évolué chacun à notre rythme sans nous gêner. Nous avons aussi pu nous réunir en intérieur ou extérieur sans problème. La très grande piscine, sa terrasse, le jardin paysagé, une vraie douceur de vivre. Un très beau séjour, très bien accompagné par l’équipe locale.

Wir waren mit acht Erwachsenen Personen in dieser sehr schönen Villa mit eigenem Pool und anliegenden Olivenbäumen. Die Ausstattung im Haus war für uns genau richtig. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und den Aussenbereich mit Grill und Waschbecken. Der Checkin und Checkout waren sehr unkompliziert. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar. Als einziges was mir gerade einfällt was man besser machen könnte ist nach der Spülmaschine zu sehen. Die war doch etwas muffig, stand möglicherweise mal eine längere Zeit ohne Betrieb? Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter le Sud de l'île, proche des plages. Endroit calme, grand espace pour les enfants. Mobilier des chambres un peu simple Dommage que l'emplacement de la maison ne permette pas un accès direct à la piscine. Comme nous étions au mois d'avril nous n'avons pu profiter assez de la piscine.

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Familienurlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Los Olivos! Das Haus mit dem Grundstück und Pool ist ruhig gelegen und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht war vorhanden. Der Supermarkt, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist, reicht vollkommen aus für den Wocheneinkauf. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind schnell und gut zu erreichen und auch super für kleine Kinder. Mahon ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt wenn man abends oder tagsüber mal Lust auf was anderes hat. Die Kommunikation mit Javier lief auch sehr gut. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine unvergessliche Zeit und können dieses schöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Gorgeous spacious villa

The photos don't really do justice to the substantial size of the gardens and house - and it is gorgeous. It's also far more private than it may look from the photos, and the pool is superb. There's plenty of shade at the front and back, and it's a very easy walk to an excellent deli/supermarket and to at least two restaurants. We meant to go exploring but couldn't tear ourselves away from the villa. Take your binoculars if you want to see some great bird life.

Beautiful and quiet location

We have just returned after a wonderful week at Villa Los Olivos. Our party comprised a 67, 40, 18, 8 and 2 year old and we all had a whale of a time. This is a spacious villa with well maintained, stunning and generous grounds and the shaded cabana eating area was perfect for our little one to take a nap out of the afternoon sun. The villa itself is very homely and well equipped. I would note that the mattresses are quite hard and thin and we worried that they would be uncomfortable but we needn't have worried as we all slept like logs! The water pressure in the showers is very good with plenty of hot water. We had a problem with the stability of the Internet and accessing English TV but Javi sent us contact details for the English speaking TV engineer and he sorted it out for us and showed us how to deal with it if it happened again. We hired a car which we did think was necessary. The Acg car hire rep met us at the airport with the car so totally hassle free. The airport is only a 15 minute drive from the villa which we located easily and Binibecca beach is around a 6 min drive away. We loved this villa and would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning next year.

Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Los Olivos. The property is spacious and really well equipped. The outside space is amazing. We stayed here with our 2 teenage sons and it suited us perfectly. We had a couple of queries when we arrived which were answered promtly. Walking distance to the supermarket and a short drive to the beach. I would recommend this villa.

Villa et piscine de rêve dans un somptueux jardin.

Séjour parfait dans une vaste villa en famille ( 4 adultes +3 enfants) situation excellente pour parcourir l’île. Calme assuré et jardin particulièrement bien entretenu autour d’une piscine de 10x5 m avec espace repas ,grande table et BBQ. Équipement complet ds la villa. supermarket a 500m et un excellent restaurant italien la villa Madrid à 200m. Vacances idéales donc. Propriétaire à l’écoute du moindre souci et réponse sur WhatsApp en quelques minutes. Prix en rapport exact avec les prestations

We are a marriage of 59 years, residing for work and family in Palma de Mallorca. We have three children and one grandchild. Our main hobby is known Mallorcan society through their markets and fiestas. I am very fond of cycling and enjoy the sea, beaches and villages.

This House was built by us in 1999 for family enjoyment, since we believe Menorca for its care and conservation as the most privileged island of the Balearic Islands, and hacemas use of it, both my children like us, always to work and the situation allows.

What makes this property unique

The house is very cozy and quiet, stresses its privacy and your situation since you can move to the supermarket and people with a simple walk. Its surroundings are to enjoy walks by and appreciate the architecture of its homes, vegetation and dry walls delimiting the different properties. My favorite places are the landscaped garden (lawn, pool and barbecue) and inner radiance.
