This beautiful custom home is the perfect private beachfront getaway! It sits directly on the beach in Waveland, MS, and is the perfect house for an amazing Mississippi Gulf Coast vacation. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and European white oak flooring throughout. The home has approximately 2800 sq ft of living space and over 500 sq ft of beautiful porches.

The open, airy great room is perfect for entertaining, and the gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, marble countertops, professional appliances, and a huge island perfect for gathering. Walk out onto the large front porch to relax and capture amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The wall of sliding doors off of the dining area allows you to extend the living space onto the back screened porch. Walk under the house to enjoy 2000 sq ft of constant breeze and shade while relaxing and enjoying the views. Walk across the street to your private beach or enjoy the 4.5-mile walk/bike path from Waveland to Bay St Louis. Minutes from the Silver Slipper Casino, Buccaneer Bay Waterpark, Garfield Ladner fishing pier, and Old Town Bay St Louis. Come and relax at our South Beach Haven on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!!

Felt at home as soon as i walked in. View from porch and within the house was perfect. Beach breeze under the house was incredible. Very spacious and comfortable for a large group. We are a New Orleans family that loves the Gulf Coast. We grew up going to the coast and my father bought a house in 1991 in Waveland. We spent so many weekends there enjoying family and friends. My husband and I bought the house next door from him right before Hurricane Katrina. We were in the middle of renovations when our home was destroyed along with so many others. We are so excited to be back in Waveland and Bay St Louis and looking forward to creating new memories with our children, family and friends. We hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do.

This is a beachfront property less than an hour from New Orleans in the midst of gulf coast casinos, restaurants, live music venues antique shops and some of the best fishing around.
