A wonderful place in a great location - all modern conveniences, great shower, comfortable seating and a fantastically comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend, and hope to book again when I visit next year.

Great little space tucked in around a lake, filled with ducks. This condo was well appointed, clean, great tv system and easy to use. Restaurant’s within walking Distance. I would definitely recommend this charming place. Linda/florida

Superb Location on the Lake

This was a perfect place to stay for us. Location is terrific since you a tremendous supply of restaurants and other retail all within walking distance.

Nice quiet little place.

This is a nice little place to stay for a couple that is in the center of a lot to do and see. It is currently still under construction, so that noise was there during the day, but when that is done it will be really a gem of a place to stay

Great Location!

Close to I-5, Portland, and Willamette Valley. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed. Nice walking path right outside front door.

Great Location, Cozy Condo

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this condo was a great place to stay. The location was convenient. The condo is cute and cozy.

Portland Getaway

We had a fantastic time in this hidden gem of a place near Lake Oswego and other Portland suburbs. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The heated bathroom floor was a delight!

Family visit

Came to Tualatin to meet my granddaughter. Wanted a place close to my son, his wife and their newborn baby. This place was less than a mile and met all of our needs. We wanted to cook a few meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the whole feel of the condo! We will definitely come back again!

The unit itself is nice and it was quiet in the area. However there were a lot of details that seem over looked. The cleanliness is lacking as it seems to need a very thorough deep clean overall. The couch is white and needs a clean as it is stained. The foldout couch is not as advertised and came without sheets, it is not comfortable if you are an adult. The kitchen had knives that were chipped. I would say the bedroom does feel luxe but there is a broken corner of the mirror taped together which detracts from the luxe feel. I would say if you are needing the fold out bed to mention it at booking so the host can ensure there is proper bedding for the stay. For the price I was expecting more cleanliness and attention to detail. The location is great and parking is great as well. Overall I expected it to be cleaner. I have also messaged the host to communicate these points so hopefully it can be improved upon, as this is a higher end property that should be dialed in.

We have stayed here multiple times. Never disappointed. The location is perfect. Clean. Properly as expected by viewing online. Everything you need. Key for me-laundry! The property manager is always available, checking in regularly. One of my favorite VRBOs stays.

Great Location and Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has great walkability, close to shops. It was comfortably decorated and had a great use of space. However, being close to the lake during fall the condo should have more rugs as the floor was cold. Also the central heating did not go above 75 so it was cold during the night. Additionally there was a neighbor who knocked on the door and said we were in their space. There was another vehicle parked in our designated space. There are no clearly assigned parking spaces or defined lines for parking spaces. It would be beneficial to have the association add parking spaces that are assigned.

Not handicapped accessible

I am in a wheelchair and was led to believe it was handicapped accessible. The toilet area was so narrow I couldn’t access the toilet even with my walker. And the handicap parking was at the other end of the complex. Also there were ant traps all over the whole interior of the unit. The two signs to indicate the property location were missing from the front of the building. Also the water heater wasn’t turned on to get hot water.

Very disappointing experience

I'm from the area and needed a place to stay for a week, so I was very excited about the location of this property and the beautiful photos posted. Unfortunately, there are several maintenance and cleanliness issues that have not been addressed. Among other concerns, the HVAC system is clogged with dust and blows chunks of it into the condo when the heat turns on, there is black mold growing in the shower, and several of the lights don't function. After two hours, I pulled a load of towels from the dryer because they were still damp. The thermostat quit working 2 days before my departure, so there was no heat to the unit. I sent 3 emails to the property manager/owner about the condition of the unit and received no responses other than a suggestion that I change a light bulb on an overhead light that would not turn on. It's really unfortunate that such a gorgeous condo has been left in such poor condition (the remodel was done in 2018 by the previous owner). I will not stay here again.

My Husband and I spent 14 days in the apartment whilst exploring Oregon. We loved the location and the comfort after a long day checking out the waterfalls etc.Thank You Priscilla we would come back in a heartbeat.
