While one car can fit in the garage, the driveway can accommodate three cars. Parking is not allowed on the street. No RV’s, trailers of boats are permitted on the driveway.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
Early Check-In 8 am-12 pm: $350
Early Check-In 12 pm-4 pm: $250
Late Check-Out Before 12 pm: $250
Late Check-Out 12 pm-5 pm: $350
(plus applicable taxes)
If you wish to use the boat lift, please let me know in advance so we can arrange for our marine lift person to speak with you and meet prior to placing the boats or wave runners in the lift. There is a $200 (+tax) charge to cover his time, and you can pay him directly.
Please note that there are no recording devices situated within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.

Obligations of the Booking Guest:
As the individual responsible for the booking, please ensure your guests adhere to all House Rules.
Pre-Arrival:
Prior to your arrival, we will ask you to verify the total number of guests, their names, dates of birth, and copies of the IDs of all your guests over 18 years of age. Any guests who refuse to provide this information are not allowed to stay. For non-Airbnb bookings: Worry-Free Protection for Every Stay: Nova Vacation Rentals uses a Truvi guest damage waiver with each booking ($35). It replaces security deposits and provides accidental damage protection, giving you more freedom to relax and enjoy your time with us.
Shortly before your arrival, we will speak with you by phone to ensure everything is in order to meet your needs. The access code will not be provided without this communication. After this call, you will receive a message in your booking platform's inbox with a link to the Rental Agreement, which you will need to sign electronically. Once the Rental Agreement has been signed, you will receive a pre-arrival message with essential details, including the property address and remote access code.
Neighbor Relations and Noise Considerations/ City Ordinance Compliance:
Respect the boundaries of our property and ensure that your guests do not trespass onto our neighbors` premises. In the event of any complaints from neighbors, prompt action will be required on your part, and failure to address the issue may result in you being asked to leave the property.
All guests are expected to adhere to the ordinances of the City of Indian Rocks Beach. A link to the city ordinances is in the Guest Manual.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of private property. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged, excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Please refrain from frequent nighttime entrances and exits or activating door lock remotes, as these actions can disturb our neighbors.

Fireworks:
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicit approval has been granted. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 +tax per pet applies to approved cases. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding, and should be leashed when walked outside. Free roaming by pets on the property is not allowed. Please promptly clean up after your pet and deposit any waste in separate plastic bags before disposing of them in the regular garbage can. Remember to use a liner in the regular garbage can (95-gallon liners are available on the garage counter). Bully breeds are not permitted.
Waste Disposal Guidelines:
Regular trash will be picked up by the city on Tuesday and Friday around 6 AM. We hired a service to take the cans to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. They will place the cans on the side of the house after the city empties them prior to 6 PM. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday morning, and the service will deliver the cans as noted above on Tuesday evening and return them on Wednesday prior to 6 PM.

Hi, I’m Grace, owner of Nova Vacation Rentals. After a career in medicine, my husband Brian, a retired Navy officer, and I began hosting a small collection of thoughtfully maintained homes. Our love of the water brought us to Southwest Florida, where we now enjoy sharing several waterfront properties with guests from around the world. We focus on comfort, care, and the details that make each stay memorable.
Why they chose this property
You can enjoy beautiful sunsets while overlooking the water from both a ground level and an upper level deck. This home has been decorated and appointed with the finest of linens, bedding, towels and mattresses for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes for a completely enjoyable vacation. You can walk or ride bikes(4 are provided) to the beach (5-10 minutes), walk to cafes and bars or expand your selection by driving 10 minutes. We have a brand new dock and updated boatlift for a 12,000 boar, two wave runners and a davit. You may fish or watch manatees and dolphins from the dock or enjoy kayaking(we provide 2). This area is safe and a lot of fun.
