Enjoy gorgeous Florida sunrises and sunsets atop this modern executive home across from Indian Rocks beautiful nature preserve and minutes from its white sand Gulf beaches on a 6-person golf cart. Enjoy your own PRIVATE, HEATED ZERO ENTRY POOL. The home has 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs making this house perfect for two families or multiple couples. Kayaks are included and can be launched at the nature preserve.

The house has the feel of Miami luxury with Indian Rocks charm and peace. It is directly across the street from IRB nature preserve where you can launch kayaks, work out and stroll through the preserve's paths. The golf cart is available for the short two minute drive to IRB's fabulous white sand beaches.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the roof top deck. The home is equipped with digital key access to accommodate arrivals at any time.

I live in Indian Rocks Beach and am available should guests need to assistance.

There is off street parking at the house. The house comes with a 6 passenger golf cart for easy trips to the beach, restaurants and bars.

$100 per pet service fee payable upon arrival

Took a mom’s trip with 8 of my girlfriends. We had the best time! House was perfect for us. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm and clean. A lot of outdoor seating. Golf cart was perfect for going to dinner and running quick errands. Tom was a fabulous host!

The owner is very organized. The house is set up well for larger groups. The kayaks and pickle ball are fun and nearby. The golf cart is great too if your group is sharing one car.

Our first time to Tampa and this place made us want to stay! Family of seven and it was perfect! Beach 3 minute walk or 30 seconds cart drive. Kayaking was fantastic. Clearwater beach 18 minutes away. Town was great and local stores too! Home was very comfortable. Pool was clean and used every day and night. Tom was great accommodating even the smallest request. Best stay on IRB

This is the second time we have rented this house. It never disappoints. Everyone is comfortable and has their own space. We felt very at home. Very close to everything and the gold cart was the hit for all. We love this house and got quick responses from host. We will be back a third time I am sure! Very enjoyable!!

A family spring break was made even better because of the backyard of this house. The heated pool with its shade and sun was tons of fun. We ate most meals in the backyard at the roomy table with umbrella. The blackstone grill came in handy for cooking. This home was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. We would choose this house again!

Amazing Getaway!

We had our family vacation here and it was absolutely perfect! The house and yard looked exactly as the pictures online. The location of the house was great, you are at the beach and restaurants/bars within minutes. We loved the golf cart so much. If you are looking for a beach getaway this is the place to stay!

IRB Paradise!

This is a very well stocked, sparkling clean property that is especially good for families with kids. Our three grandsons ages 5, 8 and 9 even got surf lessons through Nekton Surf shop Skim camp. This is a wonderful location and we look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time at the house, pool and on the beach. Beach toys were a hit with the kids. With the pool and accommodations a hit with the adults. Having the golf cart to access the local restaurants and beach was a fabulous bonus.

Our stay at Oasis Paradise was flawless. The house and property were clean and well stocked with beach accessories! The pool was wonderful and the golf cart was perfect for short errands and hauling chairs/umbrellas to the beach. Awesome place!

This place is amazing and a perfect place for a group of friends to chill while in IRB. We loved everything about it, especially the pool area. The Blackstone grill and the basketball hoop were added bonuses, as well as being able to use the golf cart for short trips. The owners were super helpful and were always available for questions. We will definitely be back!
