Nice vacation with a few hiccups

The villa is as described with a nicely appointed interior as on the pictures. We had some trouble with the heating, so give this some attention on how to operate it upon arrival if needed. This had no effect on the functioning of the bathrooms, with good functioning showers and faucets. The villa is located in a very quiet area and we slept well. As we were the first visitors of the season, the garden had not been cleaned up yet and some weeds were present with a pool still closed, but this did not bother us much. Make sure you are aware of all the supplements (in the description) before you make your booking and you made your payment! This has caused some disagreement with the owner in our case which spoiled a little bit the experience. Eventually the owner chose to no longer pursue the matter. The water of the whirlpool is refreshed for each new visitor which is a nice touch, but please take into account it takes a day to heat up. Enjoy your stay at the Villa

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très belle vacances en famille. Emplacement idéal, proche petits commerces , grandes surfaces , marchés, mer, port, centre ville ,restaurants.... De très belles randonnées sont à faire aux alentours Bref tout le monde y trouve son compte(grand-parents ,parents, Adolescents) De plus les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques Nous recommandons sans hésitations cette location

Dårlig standard i forhold til pris

Haven var ikke ordnet og ryddet, da vi ankom (udendørs trapper beskidte og der lå haveslanger og andre redskaber rundt omkring) Poolen skulle vi selv rengøre og holde ved lige, hvilket tog én time hver anden dag, fordi remedierne ikke virkede ( slangen til at rense med kunne ikke suge ordentligt). Havemøblerne var gamle og møre, og der var ingen hynder til solvognene. Der manglede simpelthen en have- og pool- mand, som kunne kigge forbi én til to gange om ugen. Der var Ingen orden i køkkenskabene, rent kaotisk, og lidt snavset i skabene. Skrev til Lejer, men fik ikke svar. Erika, som mødte os ved indcheckning og som gav os nøgler, var sød og rar.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es ist ein grosses Haus mit vielen tollen Terrassen und Balkonen. Auch der Pool und die Liegen sind super. Die Kommunikation mit Serge hat einwandfrei geklappt. Einzig der Weg zum Meer ist länger als gedacht, zu Fuss hatten wir gute 20Minuten. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Maison à fort potentiel mais séjour en demi teinte

La maison, située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme sur les hauteurs de St Raphael, comporte de grands espaces agréables à vivre pour un groupe de 6 personnes. * L'extérieur présente de grands avantages : piscine avec traitement automatique au sel, grands solarium avec nombreux transats et parasols, terrasse ombragée + toit terrasse, terrain de pétanque, parkings pour plusieurs voitures. - Bémol sur les extérieurs : nage a contre courant compliquée à mettre en œuvre. Lorsque nous avons indiqué au propriétaire que l'alarme de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas, alors que nous étions accompagnés d'un enfant en bas âge, il nous a répondu l'avoir désactivée en retirant les piles, tout simplement aberrant !! - A notre arrivée, pas d'accueil, arrivée et ménage géré par une société extérieure : résultat : ménage très très sommaire (probablement uniquement les sanitaires) que nous avons dû refaire. (Une plancha laissée quasiment hors d'usage par les anciens locataires, des déchets dans le lave vaisselle, un sol si sale que le bébé nous accompagnant était noir de crasse, de la poussière, des tâches, du linge propre ou sale dans le local buanderie, j'en passe...) - Sur ce point, le propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place a été parfaitement compréhensif et arrangeant en prenant à sa charge le ménage. * Concernant les équipements, la maison et la cuisine sont plutôt bien équipés, attention cela dit : pas de machine à café dolce gusto mais une tassimo (nous aurions économisé quelques courses inutiles :) ), dehors, il n'y a en fait pas de filet de badminton, et la bâche de la piscine n'est pas adaptée à sa taille. --> En résumé, la maison reste malgré tout très agréable à vivre pour une semaine de vacances en groupe, nous regrettons les quelques approximations rendant l'arrivée en dents de scie.

Sehr schöne Villa in Stadt- und Strandnähe

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt in ruhiger Lage, jedoch fußläufig zur Stadt und zum Strand. Sie besticht durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, eine traumhafte Dachterrasse sowie durch die gute Ausgangslage zu vielen Ausflugszielen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Idéalement placé et bien équipé

Très grand logement, offrant la possibilité d être en groupe avec chacun son espace . Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l écoute . Bien équipé dans la cuisine pour pouvoir contenter toute les bouches à nourrir :) Jaccuzzi un petit + qui fait plaisir . Je recommande vivement.

Schönes Haus in St. Raphael

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für jeden mit Pool und Terrasse. Es liegt in einem Wohnviertel, ruhig und angenehm und doch zentral. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super spacious villa

First things first: Villa Elise is fantastic! Loads of room indoors and out for teenagers, kids and adults to spend time together or apart. St Raphael / Fréjus have plenty to keep you busy and well fed. The only constructive comment for the Villa is that the advert says that under “exceptional circumstances” the owner may stay at the property. What this means in practice is that Serge (and his wife) may stay in an entirely separate annex which is NOT part of the advertised accommodation. This confused us and led to some angst about having less space for us as a family. Turned out to be a false concern and Serge could not have been more helpful once we talked and got there.

Un séjour agréable

J’ai séjourné dans la villa avec mon équipe à des fins professionnelles, à l’occasion de notre participation à un salon dans la région. La villa est fonctionnelle, bien située et propre. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et des solutions ont été trouvées rapidement pour quelques-unes de nos demandes un peu spécifiques. Je recommande.

Wonderful villa

The villa is spacious and accomodates 10 person easily. The pool is great and deep enough. You can easily walk to st. Raphael city center and harbour or use Uber or normal taxi. The yard is really nice and it was just great to relax next to pool. The kitchen is well equipped and our group liked a lot about filtered coffee maker which is not common in mediterranean area. All rooms did not have fans which the owner could provide. Those are needed espeacially in hotter months. The host couple is wonderful and even helped to move our luggages from villa to bus station and offered to drive us to supermarket too. They really made our holiday week a great experience to us. We could easily rent this villa again in our next holiday.

Wunderschöne, vollausgestatte Villa in guter Lage

Wir (4 Personen) sind Anfang Mai in der Villa Elise untergekommen. Die wunderschöne Villa ist im Herzen von St. Raphael gelegen und der Hafen ist prima zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich eine sehr gute Boulangerie. Das Appartment bietet insgesamt (und gang locker) Platz für 6 Personen und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen: Untergschoss mit Schlafzimmer und eigenem Bad; Wohnbereich mit grosser, vollausgestatteter Küche, riesigem Wohn-/Essbereich und 2 weiteren Schlafzimmern sowie einer Dachterrasse, welche über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen ist. Zudem gibt es einen weitläufigen Aussenbereich mit eigener Essecke und einem Grill. Anfang Mai war leider noch etwas zu kühl, um den Pool auszutesten. Serge haben wir als einen unkomplizierten und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir haben uns bei ihm und in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Sowohl die Villa, als auch der Vermieter sind wärrmstens zu empfehlen.

Excellente adresse

Nous étions 9 personnes, un couplé d amis avec nos ados. La maison est très agréable, malgré la chà leur, elle est bien ventilée. La cuisine est bien équipée, terrasse bien orientée, Le plus:2ème terrasse sur le toit avec superbe vue sur la mer. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, on peut même rentrer 2 voitures ds l allée Les propriétaires ,Serge et Valérie sont adorables. A recommander les yeux fermés!

Une villa pleine de charme

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis. La décoration intérieure est typique et réussie, avec des chapeaux de paille, des coquillages... Le quartier est très calme et bien situé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, la maison est entièrement équipée. Nous avons mis entre 15 et 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre. Les divers magasins (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie) se trouvaient à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. La piscine est très agréable, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours ! Le propriétaire était très sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils pour les endroits à fréquenter. N’hésitez pas à en faire autant, nous avons découvert des lieux tout à fait formidables. Ce logement correspond autant à un groupe d'amis qu'à une famille. Je le recommande !

Génial

nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison. La maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle est pleine de charme. elle peut accueillir confortablement 13 personnes. Idéale pour un groupe d'amis. Des attentions adorables de la part des propriétaires comme de jolis chapeaux, une enceinte Bluetooth, un livre détaillant les choses à savoir sur la villa et St Raphael, des petits savons, mallette de poker.. Les propriétaires qui sont d'ailleurs des personnes sympathiques qui nous ont accueillis personnellement et ont su répondre à nos nombreuses questions et se montrer rassurants avant la location. La piscine est de taille idéale et la nage à contre courant est sympa. Le cadre sera parfait quand le jardin sera terminé. La terrasse de toit est la meilleure surprise de la villa. Une vue magique pour y prendre le petit déjeuner au calme, y regarder les étoiles ou les nombreux feux d'artifice. Le quartier est calme, parfait pour les lèves tard ou les amoureux de la sieste sur le bain de soleil au bord de la piscine. Située à environ 20 minutes du centre de St Raphael et 25 minutes de la plage. Nous avons préféré le calme des merveilleuses calanques plutôt que les plages bondées de St Raphael ou Frejus. Quant au centre ville, les boutiques y sont sympas pour les pauses shopping. Pour sortir nous avons testé la boite "La Réserve" à 20 minutes à pied de la villa avec une bonne ambiance mais les consos y sont un peu cher. Nous avons également passé une soirée au bar Cubain du Port de St Lucia avec une petite piste de danse idéale après un resto. Concernant les restos, nous avons mangé au Coelacanthe et à la Marine tout deux au port de St Lucia qui sont fabuleux avec des produits frais et faits maison, comptez un budget de 50€ par personnes pour entrée plat dessert et boisson (bien arrosé :) ). En activité, nous nous sommes essayés au Wakeboard à Puget (20 minutes en voiture), ce fut génial même si aucun de nous n'a réussi à faire un tour, c'est a essayer absolument (20€ l'heure et une heure suffi pour être courbaturés pendant 2 jours même pour les plus costauds). En résumé, n’hésitez pas, venez profiter de vos amis/familles chez Serge.
