The POINTE PERCEE residence is located in the center of the village of Grand Bornand, close to activities and shops, and 400m from the cable car.

This ground-floor vacation apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed and television, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Parking space No. 7 is available in residence. This space is not available during the winter season due to excessive snowfall.
The residence is unheated from early May to mid-October.
