This charming house is located along the beach of Trestraou and has exceptional views of the sea. It is close to shops, restaurants, a cinema, a surf club, sailing club and the ferry terminal and it is in a very quiet area.

The house is 89m2 with a large living room, it has 4 bedrooms and has two private gardens, one side street, the other side Wed

In addition to its charming home has all the comforts for a good holiday. The ground floor includes the living and dining area with sea view, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WC. The lounge includes a TV and a WiFi internet access that covers the house. A Wii console is available with a few games.

On the first floor, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a bed 140 and 1 room with a bed 90), one with 1 washbasin.
On the second floor, 1 bedroom with a bed 120 and a bed 90.
In the basement, a washing machine, fridge and freezer, little more, a shower and a sink for beaches returns.

Finally, the house is very well placed for all holiday activities. It is 100m from the beach of Trestraou, all water activities can be practiced there. It is close to the coastal footpath that leads to the most beautiful villages in France, Ploumanach.

Maison idealement situee a deux pas de la mer et tres agreable en famille. La maison est bien amenagee et bien equipee, la salle de sejour est lumineuse et conviviale, avec en plus un bout de jardin ensoleille, et une belle vue sur la mer et les iles. La literie est neuve et confortable. La douche d'appoint au sous-sol est bien pratique a "l'heure de pointe" du retour de la mer. Le proprietaire est sympathique, accueillant, disponible et detendu. Vivement recommandee!

Belle maison parfaitement située

Maison spacieuse et calme, très bien équipée, conforme à la description et parfaitement située à 50 m de la plage de Trestraou. Nombreuses activités possibles. La maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et les lits faits ce qui est bien agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos amis et leurs enfants dans la même maison très pratique et spacieuse. La plage est magnifique, on s'y est baigné souvent, les promenades à pied ou en prenant la voiture sont très nombreuses. Un séjour très reposant et une très belle région découverte. Nous avons passé grâce à cette maison une semaine de vraies vacances familiales. Tout y est pensé en termes de simplicité : aménagement, décoration, localisation. Une maison simple et chaleureuse, idéalement située, qui permet de profiter de la mer, de la nature et de la ville en même temps, parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec des enfants. Quant à l'accueil, nous avons été touchés par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire.

La maison est idéalement placée, face à la plage de Trestraou, tout en étant au calme. Elle est très propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont fourni toutes les informations nécessaires. Je vous recommande vivement cette location. Nous vous recommandons la crêperie Ty Breizh sur le port de Perros-Guirec !
