We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location can't be beat and the sunsets are amazing. The house is exactly as described and we couldn't have been more pleased. Lyle and his team were very easy to work with and the check in and check out was extremely easy. I highly recommend this vacation rental and I hope to get back next year.

Gorgeous beach and view, lovely home and fabulous location. VRBO made every effort to accommodate our needs and appreciated the excellent/quick communication. Our families loved the beach, pool, hot tub, kayak, boogie boards, and recreation equipment/room while making amazing memories together.

The beach and weather were beautiful. The pool and hot tub are nice. The house was not luxury - for instance 4 of the bedrooms have jack-and-jill bathrooms instead of ensuite which we had not noticed before booking and we had to clean a very dirty BBQ ourselves, but it was large and serviceable for our multigenerational family and we had a great time.

Thank you for your feedback and your 10/10 review. We have since purchased a new grill for future guests to enjoy. We love our home and we hope our guests do as well. As you mentioned it is a great house for multi-generational families with many rooms and levels for people to explore and get a sense of separation while still being together. Thank you again.

Great location near shopping, restaurants. Unobstructed beach views and access. Spectacular sunsets. Property is large and clean with every amenity. Elevator access to all floors is a bonus. Pool is a great asset.

The house was beautiful and steps away from the sandy beach! The kids and grandkids had so much fun on the beach with the toys, kayak and paddle boards; I recommend renting them. We set up the volleyball net and had a few matches on the beach! They also enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Lyle was great at responding to any questions or concerns we had.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Beautiful property with amazing views. Really responsive hosts with good/considerate communication (had planned installation of upgrade and asked if we preferred it to be done while we were there so we would have access vs after we left). Will definitely stay there again.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and always do our best to make sure our guests get the most out of their stay! We are also happy you noticed one of our home's qualities that really make it stand out versus other homes on the island: It's very spacious! While many other "comparable" homes on the island have similar square footages, very few have the roomy feel that our home does. The reason for this is that most other homes cramp 7 and sometimes even 8 bedrooms into the same (or less!) square footage that we put six. This is one of the many qualities that gives our home the Luxury feel! We can't wait to host you guys when you come back! Best, Lyle and The Clover Team

This home was clean and lovely. Had amazing beachfront terraces, an elevator for bags and plenty of furniture on the decks. The beach very private and the water delightful. Having Publix close by was great for our food delivery. The pool and outdoor deck are was really nice but the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable so I ordered chaise cushions for the rest of our stay. Besides for that, the home is adequately equipped with beach towels, plenty of TVs and kitchenwares. Use of the bicycles and the paddle boards were an extra fee but should have been included. We ate lunch everyday on the outdoor table on the deck with a beautiful view. Restaurants in the area are bit touristy but we are spoiled NYers. The best Resturant was Salt Resturant that was just across the street and had live music…very convenient. We also liked Taverna Toscana, a bit outside the immediate area. We were only 4 adults and probably didn’t need such a large home but it was a perfect beachfront location, a fenced yard for my small dog and had a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

Great location! So close to Sarasota airport, close vicinity to all restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. House is clean and well stocked with all linens and kitchenware . Loved the private beach access and private pool! Will definitely come back again!
