To find out, we offer our apartment of 80 sqm composed among others of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and great room each have a large balcony overlooking the pool.
It can accommodate up to 7 people + cot. Located in the legendary district of Guéliz 5 minutes walk from the station and the main axis of Marrakech: the Avenue Mohamed VI.
Comfortable cocoon of modernism and tradition mix with a private pool and air conditioning in every room to help you make the most of your stay.
The luxury residence is secured with guard 24h / 24, a lift provides access to disabled people and disabled. Secure and monitored by pool lifeguard to share only with the owners.
Parking in the basement is included in the delivery.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, nur wussten wir nicht, wohin wir den Müll bringen sollten, sorry !!! Wir sind von dort zu Exkursionen aufgebrochen, aber besonders auch gerne zu Plätzen in Marrakesch.Der Innenhof kühlt gut durch die Poolanlage und den begrünten Innenhof. Besonders schön fand ich die jungen Familien zu erleben, die mit ihren Kindern so liebevoll umgingen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt, danke und gerne wieder !

Great communication but pool out of action

Pre-arrival communications with Said were quick and easy, with an early check-in kindly agreed. Regrettably, no detail was provided as to which apartment number and how to obtain the keys so considerable sleuthing was required before, by luck, the cleaner happened to be leaving and let us in. On finally checking in to the apartment we looked out the window to find an empty swimming pool. On messaging Said responded quickly to state that it was 'cleaned on Mondays', so we sourced a hotel with a pool and agreed to return the following day. On doing so the pool remained empty and other residents told us it had been for some time. A refund was requested and agreed to by Said and we are waiting for it to be completed.

Non conforme à la description.

Très déçus par l'appartement soit disant de haut standing. Très sale ( photos à l'appui) et très mal équipé. A notre arrivée, les lits n'étaient pas faits, des draps étaient étendus sur les portes et il a fallu qu'on fasse les lits nous mêmes à 2 h du matin. Il n' y avait pas de draps housse ni de housses de couettes. Pas un rouleau de papier dans les toilettes à 2 h du matin. La douche était extrêmement sale, pas assez de serviettes de toilette, pas de porte serviettes, qu'on est obligé de poser sur les toilettes, pas de lampe de chevet pour lire, les banquettes du salon avec du riz dessus, une nappe avec des traînées de sauce. Bref... L'emplacement non plus n'est pas conforme. Bien plus loin qu'indiqué sur la carte. Le point gps n'est pas bon. La piscine ne fonctionnait pas. On est resté 10 jours et on n'a pas pu en profiter une seule fois alors que c'est la photo d'accroche de l'annonce. Certes, le propriétaire a proposé une femme de ménage, mais l'état de l'appartement nécessite bien plus que cela. J'ai évidemment pris contact avec Mr Said, qui m'a promis une remise de deux jours sur le prix de la location et à ce jour (20 mai), je n'ai rien reçu. Je ne recommanderai définitivement pas cette location et me pose réellement des questions sur certaines appréciations données, par exemple profiter de la piscine au mois de février, surtout cette année(2018) où il n'a jamais fait aussi froid à Marrakech. Je regrette de ne pas avoir lu l'appréciation d'Éric qui parle de glissement de terrain. C'est la plus proche de la réalité. Et si je l'avais lue avant ma réservation, je ne l'aurai pas pris.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette appartement très belle moderne et très propre et dans une résidence luxe, Propre et Calme. Situé dans un endroit parfait à Gueliz centre ville et proche de tous ( Les Boutique, Commerce, Koutoubia, Place fnaa, Mall de marrakech n'est pas loin...). Genoeg ruimte, aparte keuken, wasmachine super fijn! Met de auto zijn alle populaire plekken goed te bereiken. Buurt is rustig, tegenover het appartement is een kleine winkel erg handig. Minpunten het was niet goed schoongemaakt, eerste dag geen warm water, rolluiken was stuk, waardoor de raam open bleef.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Said . L' appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé et propre. De plus l'appartement est bien situé a Gueliz, proche de la gare de Marrakech. Parking disponible si vous êtes véhiculé, sinon plusieurs taxis sont présent en bas de l'immeuble a n'importe quel heure. La piscine est parfaite et entretenu tous les jours . Le propriétaire a été serviable et très réactif a nos différentes demande . Merci Said ! Appartement que je recommande et qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce

Joli appartement, très bien équipés, propre et bien positionné. Saïd (le propriétaire) était toujours à notre écoute et très disponible pour résoudre le moindre problème. Je recommande fortement cette location qui est très proche des principales attractions de la ville.

Très bel appartement, mise à part qu'il est loin à pied de la place mais beaucoup de transports à proximité. Dommage que le jardin de la piscine soit pas entretenue niveau (besoin d'animal au bord). Sinon appartement magnifique et Said est très serviable. Merci encore pour ce beau voyage.

Nous y avons séjourné pendant les vacances de février, donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la superbe piscine ( super bien entretenue mais trop froide, normal vu la saison!) Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bonne literie, bien situé car proche des commerces, de la gare, passage de nombreux taxis pour se déplacer plus facilement. Propriétaire très sympathique, et disponible par téléphone, mail... et qui prend des nouvelles après notre séjour ( chose rare!) Merci.

Très bel appartement haut standing climatisé dans résidence privée neuf et calme, agréablement, décoration orientale soignée et sobre et bien équipée pour faire de la cuisine sur place, bien situé dans un quartier moderne et calme. L’accès est donc très aisé pour rejoindre les axes principaux. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement lumineux et confortable avec tout le confort,les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la personne sur place est très disponible et aimable. Un super séjour dans cette appartement et nous réjouissons de retourner une autre fois merci..."

Je conseille fortement ce magnifique appartement, spacieux, accueillant, décoré avec goût. Il est bien équipé,plusieurs commerces à proximité . je m'y suis senti vraiment comme chez moi. L'immeuble est d'une propreté irréprochable avec des odeurs de musc, très calme, il surveillé nuit comme jour ce qui est très rassurant! Le propriétaire est pro et est à l'écoute. (Merci SAÏD) Globalement, j'ai passé un excellant séjour! A très bientôt!
