El Veranda, 5 dormitorios y 3 baños, está ubicado junto al hotel Crowne Plaza, en el centro del pueblo de Lake Placid. Esta unidad está ubicada en el segundo y tercer piso de una casa de propiedad completamente remodelada en la cima de la colina con vista a la montaña y al lago. El segundo piso ofrece una gran sala de estar abierta a una espaciosa cocina y cuenta con una terraza para vivir al aire libre, 2 habitaciones cada una con una cama king y su propio baño. El tercer piso tiene 3 habitaciones más pequeñas, una con 2 camas individuales y las otras dos tienen 1 cama queen cada una; También hay 1 baño en el 3er piso.

What a View

Fantastic view of the town and surrounding mountains. Close enough to walk just about anywhere you want to go.

Ironman family vacation

The property was perfect for me and my family. There was enough space for 6 adults and 4 grandchildren and the location was excellent. The view of the lake from the veranda can’t be beat! We will definitely be back!

Our family had a very wet, but fun three days at Veranda 2. The view from the veranda is spectacular!

Spacious, clean, excellent location

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The house has an incredible view of Mirror Lake and we enjoyed the use of the Crown Plaza pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to Main Street for dinner each night and were very close to all of the Olympic sites including Whitfwce for skiing.

Veranda 2 Family Rental

House is just as described, very clean. 4 flights of stairs to enter main floor then another flight of stairs to bedrooms. Very conveniently located near Main Street. Walking accessible but not for the faint of heart or injured/handicapped. Other than that, lovely rental property for a family.

Spectacular!

Pictures on the listing don’t do this house justice. It’s spacious, beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect! At the top of the hill overlooking Main St and Mirror Lake, the views are incredible and the walk to town is so quick!

4th of July Family Vacation

My family rented Veranda 2 for our 4th of July week family vacation. 9 of us stayed in the house and it was perfect!! The house was spotless, it was the perfect location, had plenty of room and was the best location for the fireworks. The communication with the property manager was so efficient. Every question prior to our stay was answered so quickly. We would absolutely stay at this house again. We loved it.

Can't Get Any Better

This was our 4th year staying at the Veranda 2 and it was perfect like always! Amazing location with INCREDIBLE views of the lake. Love that we have access to the pool at the hotel next door. Room for everyone to have their own space but also a great area around the kitchen, dining room, living room for gathering! Seriously can't get any better!

A great deal

The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful view of the lake. Great location except for the hill. A lot of great amenities from the hotel. Clean and great deck to sit out and enjoy the view. The only thing is it’s a duplex. But, our neighbors were great and it was enjoyable time. Thanks!!

Great place for Christmas!

My family just returned from celebrating Christmas in Lake Placid. We rent a house annually as our tradition in this year was a Crowne Plaza’s home. Everything was as it was described in the posting, but just a few things to note. The kitchen definitely needs some basic utensils like bottle and wine openers, but we were creative until we were able to buy something. The oven was not working as it should, taking longer to cook things. All in all the house was accommodating and Ray was very quick to reply to questions. The view was the best! Thank you Lake Placid and Crowne for another great year!!!!

Great Location with good bed and bath - views!

Perfect location with access to Crowne Plaza pool and hot tub (teens loved it!) Short walk to ice skating and main street. There were 8 of us 2 couples and 4 kids - 5 to 16. Beds and baths were great. A great night and day view from the kitchen and tv room. Easy to accommodate pets walking on the quiet road and in the back. The Corgi loved the deep snow! Plenty of parking. We cooked in for four nights and the kitchen supplies are thin. I would suggest a take out dinner first night unless you have time to shop. We are serious about coming back next year. If you have a need you can walk to the hotel next door. They were helpful. Second floor has a lot of stairs that did not bother us. The 5 year old considered it an adventure! We had a great 4 days. JH

Spectacular!

Family trip with 4 adults and 6 kids (age range 5-17). House was clean and well stocked. The 3 bedrooms up were perfect for the kids. Deck overlooking Lake Placid had a great blend of sun and shade. Having 2 primary suites on the main floor was really nice as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Walking distance to downtown. This property is awesome. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family ski trip

My wife and I stayed here with two young kids (7 and 4) and my parents for a ski trip to Whiteface. Plenty of space, with room to spare. Great kitchen, though could be better stocked (had to buy sponges, paper towels, placemats). The table was big enough for us all to eat at. Fantastic location in the middle of the village of Lake Placid, and 20 minutes from Whiteface. My wife used the Crowne Plaza gym, which she liked. The restaurant was good for the family. We'll be back next year!
