La camera da letto principale è completamente arredata con un letto matrimoniale, televisione HD e un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. Il soggiorno comprende un divano letto queen size con materasso memory foam super confortevole, una Smart TV ad alta definizione da 50 pollici, un lettore Blu Ray e una Sound Bar portatile per la tua stazione Pandora preferita.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi, lavatrice / asciugatrice e tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto gourmet, tra cui spezie e caffè gratuiti!
Ocean Village è una gated community con protezione 24/7. Il resort dispone di 5 piscine (riscaldate in inverno), 10 campi da tennis e un campo da golf executive par-27 a 9 buche (buca più lunga 175 iarde - buca più corta 70 iarde) che è gratuito in bassa stagione e dispone di un Green fee da $ 8 da circa il 20 dicembre a settimana dopo Pasqua. Great place!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our six-week stay. The condo was clean and very well-stocked. Joe and Lesly were wonderful hosts and made everything a breeze. Very highly recommended.

Perfekt

We enjoyed the vacation very much. The condo was big enough and had its own parking space right in front of the door. Since we like to cook ourselves, we were happy to receive enough new pans and pots of good quality. The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. There were enough detergent and garbage bags available. Joe was always available. We will come back if possible.

Great Condo!

This was our second 2-week stay at this condo and once again, it was fabulous! Joe is the best host...takes care of any and every need, and supplies the condo with everything one needs to make it feel like home! No detail is overlooked...from a welcome bottle of wine (much appreciated after a long 2-day drive) to plenty of toilet paper! Can't recommend this condo and Joe enough...truly superb! Thanks again for everything, Joe!

Great condo!

This was a great condo...fully equipped for all our needs. It was clean and very comfortable for our two week stay. Joe was a wonderful host...from making restaurant and fishing expedition recommendations as well as making sure we had everything we needed. I would give it more stars if possible!!!

Hutchinson Island Ocean Village Paradise

What a wonderful time my husband and I had for the month of April at Ocean Village. Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed and our hosts Joe and Lesley were superb! What a gem Ocean Village is...the Bermuda pool was a 3 minute walk from our unit and we met so many nice folks at "our pool". We loved the main pool, tiki bar happy hour and the restaurant/sports bar was great fun with dancing on a Sat night! Hubby loved the golf course. We had access to shuffleboard, pickleball, biking, and of course a daily walk on the beach. And there's so many great restaurants in Fort Pierce, Jensen, and Stuart and so many more for us to try.. We can't wait to return next year. Thank you Joe and Lesley for making our home away from home a truly awesome experience!!!

Home away from home

This condo is just like the pictures show. Neat, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The unit is nicely decorated, bed/pillows were very comfortable. Joe does an exceptional job communicating and making sure you enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this VRBO

Nice condo!!!

The owner is very nice! The place is very clean!!! The resort is not children friendly though, the small pool was good but we avoided the big pool bc kids could not have their toys there- they could not splash and play.. (we do have respectful kids I should mention..) it seemed the environment was more for older population.. to summarize, the condo was nice the resorts environment we did not care much for...

Very nice condo, owners were very nice and easy to work with. They left a very nice bottle of complimentary wine. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for a nice quiet place to stay at the beach.

Great Find!

This is a clean and comfortable condo with all of the amenities. Ocean Village is close enough to Fort Pierce for all of the nice restaurants yet far enough away to feel as though you are away from it all. Joe is an amazing host, thank you!

Our own little paradise for a month

Loved the condo! It reflected the pictures well. The layout was functional and comfortable. It was clean and well-equipped, kitchen even had some spices & condiments. We had everything we needed. The complex is immaculate and well taken care of. My favorite amenity was access to several pools which were open from 7:00 am to 9:00/or 10:00 pm! The condo is situated in a gated community and we felt secure at all times. The grounds are immaculate, the palm trees and other foliage was in abundance everywhere. There was not a day that some upkeep was being done either around the condo or throughout the complex. We saw nothing but cleanliness in the areas we used during our stay. The location of the condo on Hutchinson Island was great. Not only do you have access to a beach which is walking distance from the condo but you will find other beaches either north or south on the island and others within reasonable driving distance. If you love the sound of waves crashing against the shore, you won’t be disappointed. The hosts even provided beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and cooler. All were in excellent condition. Thankfully we had access to the beach chairs as one of ours which we always travel with broke while on the beach one day. We enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s, especially it’s location at the Fort Pierce Marina. You can listen to live local talent while drinking coffee and eating a fresh scone. There are beautiful hand made coastal pieces made of wood, sea glass and more. All communication with the hosts was quick and polite. We also appreciated that Mr. Garvin checked up on us to see if we needed anything after we had arrived and even later in our stay. Although we may not come this way again, we would not hesitate to recommend this unit to any of our family and friends. Again, thank you.

Joe was very accommdating, checked with us several times to be sure there were no problems. The beach in Ocean Village is peaceful, and easy to get to...you can easily walk for miles and if you're lucky get to see a sea turtle nest

We simply love Ocean Village having owned another unit in one of the other clusters. This property was tastefully renovated but needed some updates to the style which we feel we accomplished. The fun loving community and constant vacation atmosphere is why we will always own a piece of this paradise!!!
