Pet-Friendly Backyard Oasis in the Nations

Welcome to 5004 Michigan Avenue, our cozy bungalow in the heart of Nashville’s newest hotspot. Built in 1961, this single level brick home is chock full of homey comforts. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning and a glass of wine by the fire pit out back in the evening. We have loved this retro, family-style house for the past twelve years, and we are sure you will too.

We have three private bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The futon in the living room folds out for additional (though not private) sleeping space.

While we are pet-friendly, we ask that pets remain off the furniture during your stay.
Plates, utensils, glasses, and refrigerator are all available for use in the kitchen. We ask that guests refrain from helping themselves to items in the refrigerator or pantry, however.
A rolling bin is outside the back door for trash disposal.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Size and Location

Property was the perfect spot for a family of four with a pup to stay for a weekend in Nashville. Great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and an easy commute via ride share or drive to all of the major attractions. We (people and dogs) really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have two ensuite bedrooms and the location was great. The back yard is cozy and if it hadn’t been raining we would have used the fire pit. Definitely will stay here again.
