Enjoy a large fenced yard, covered porch, and off-street parking. Just steps from the greenway to Centennial Park and close to Vanderbilt, Belmont, Hillsboro Village, and downtown fun!

Sylvan Park is a charming and vibrant neighborhood in Nashville, known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and local eateries. Located just minutes from downtown, it offers a relaxed, residential vibe with a mix of parks, boutique shops, and cozy coffee spots. The area is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to Nashville's attractions, making it an ideal home base for both relaxation and adventure.

This charming 2-bedroom bungalow is decked out in delightful dog decor, from playful pup wallpaper in the living room to framed canine cuties in every room.

The bungalow is a 1-bathroom, 2 bedroom home that features **two queen-size beds**, a **futon couch**, and a **single roll-away bed** with a memory foam mattress. A **travel baby bed** is also provided.

The property was good and worked well for the 2 of us and our small dog. It is a bungalow style home and is older and in decent shape. The temperature outside was only 10 degrees and the heat worked very well as did the hot water. (Important for winter time!). The fan/light needs fixed in one bedroom as the fan cannot turn off. The back yard needs raked up. Be careful with the bathroom door as the handle is loose as it is with the kitchen sink controls. The TVs and WiFi and cable all worked very well. Plenty of dishes and glasses, cups and overall it worked well for us!

Very disappointed in my experience with this host. No accountability. The place is ok, but be ready if you have problems to A) be blamed B) not have anything done to try to make up for their negligence. I even wrote to them privately in their private feedback form before writing anything publicly and got no reply. Very rude management.

Graduation Stay

Our son graduated from Vanderbilt and is also a VandyBoy baseball player. This house was the PERFECT location…super close to Hawkins field and lots of other things. Huge yard which our dogs loved running in. Only downside is no washer/dryer.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, great place if you have dogs because of the fenced yard and porch. Bring eye mask if you need to sleep in darkness due to the street lights.

On our way from Indiana to Florida we decided to spend a night in Nashville. We brought our two dogs. Great to have a fenced in backyard. The house is very clean and in a great location. We will stay there again!

Convenient location and pet friendly

The house was in a very convenient location with a quick Lyft ride to downtown. It has a fenced in yard, which was great for our dogs. The photos of the house in the listing seem slightly dated as the home is older and the floors, kitchen and living room furniture are showing some wear. The back porch deck boards will need to be replaced soon as well. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and we would return, especially if traveling with animals.

Perfect Getaway!

This cute bungalow was the perfect stay for our trip to Nashville. Fenced in yard for our pup on a corner lot. Nice porch for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Access to a walking path across the street, too. Neighborhood is great, walkable to several restaurants. Quick ride share to downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend.

It was good. Fine for a short weekend trip. One bedroom had issues with the lights not working / coming on / going off, and amenities were minimal (no extra blankets, etc.). But I did not contact the owner about these things, so no harm. Overall, it was a nice neighborhood, which mattered the most to me.

This is such a cute cozy house! The location is perfect! Very easy access! I was worried about noise but it was not noisy at all other than the daily fire trucks! House is old and could use some TLC but it was clean and it has a fabulous fenced yard with direct access from a covered porch! It is a true gem that hopefully won’t get turned into a tall and skinny!!!

Great Get Away

This was our first time visiting Nashville and we wanted a safe, comfortable space for us and our 2 small dogs and this home was perfect. The house is just as listed and was very clean. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs to run around. It was a bit cold outside in late December to walk them, but the house is located in a great neighborhood and there was a walking/running path across the road. We used Uber to go downtown one night and it was very convenient and pretty inexpensive ($12). We also found several restaurants near the home that had great food so we didn’t need to go into the city to eat. We ate at Bricktops one evening and it was very good. Highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!
